Kirby Estate Agents is an independent, family-run estate agency established in 2012, specialising in residential property sales across Tavistock, West Devon, East Cornwall and Plymouth. We believe estate agency should be personal, proactive and straightforward. Our experienced team combines traditional customer service with modern property marketing to give every home the attention it deserves. From High quality photography, video tours and social media marketing to the major property portals, AI-enhanced marketing and our connection with The Guild of Property Professionals and its prestigious Park Lane, London office, we work hard to put our clients’ properties in front of the widest possible audience. We accompany viewings, provide honest feedback and advice, negotiate on our clients’ behalf and have dedicated sales progression to help keep things moving once a sale is agreed. As a small independent agency, our reputation matters enormously to us. Whether you’re selling your first home, moving locally or relocating to or from the area, our aim is simple: to provide knowledgeable advice, exceptional marketing and a genuinely personal service from valuation through to completion.
