Deceptive website added over 50 dollars…

Deceptive website added over 50 dollars to my invoice for some "Mystery Box" subscription (39.99 initially 29.99 monthly after that) and some "add-on" to the product I was ordering. Emailed immediately after seeing the charges same day and it took them over 24 hours to reply about how to use the subscription, no acknowledgement of my cancelation request. Now dealing with PayPal to get refunded.

The Violent Fan was No Better than a hand held Hair dryer

The Violent Fan was incapable of blowing fine dust off of our porch. I had ordered based on a video tha showed if blowing snow off a driveway. This thing does not have the power to perform as it claims to do. The fan's price was supposed to be $69.99; but they added on extra charges: a club membership and processing fees- total order $128.99. the product was no better than a hair dryer. They requested that I return it to China. the cost to do so, was $40.00.the postal clerk said that some customers complained that the company denied getting the returned package.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam
I was ordering two waggie dogs @ $14.99 each. The process was deceptive. I unknowingly ordered 4 dogs plus three add ons.
my total was $159.00 !! There was no way to edit or back up or cancel. I emailed them immediately. They said they needed photos. when this sad excuse for a product arrived I sent them six photos. They said they never got them .... I resigned myself to being scammed for $159.00 but today a new charge is on my credit card !!! I dont know what to do !!! This is a scam business ! Do Not order from them !!

KIROBRANDS has a faulty site which "disappears" information, loads false "purchasing' scams, doubles or adds at orders. adds FALSE "special' shipping charges, SELLS INEPT, INCOMPETENT, AND DUD; products [electric 'plugs'] , AND, once they have your Credit Card information [Master Card] CONTINUES TO MAKE THEIR SCAM REQUIRED PAYMENT CHARGES REPEATEDLY, as if it were some sort of spurious Subscription. A SCAM AND CROOKED OPERATION if I ever saw one. KIROBRANDS, KINDLY STOP CRIMINALLY TAKING MONEY OR SPURIOUS PAYMENTS from my MC CREDIT CARD. LEGAL NOTICE. CRIMINAL SCAMMERS. PLEASE REFUND THE MONEYS SO STOLEN. Steve. NY

If i could give Kirobrands Waggy zero stars i would

If i could give zero stars i would. Do NOT buy this Waggy pet from Kirobrands. Especially do NOT buy the ADD on. It is NOT a fourth toy. This product is a Knock-off made in CHINA, which is nothing like advertised. Therefore, once you realize you’ve been duped, it will cost you more than the original overpriced item to return it because you have to send it to CHINA if you want a refund. The add on is a useless warranty because, again, you’d have to mail it back to China. The company will NOT even refund the warranty because they say they cannot unbundle it from the total charge to paypal. What a crock!

I'm very disappointed with this…

I'm very disappointed with this company. I ordered the waggy dogs and the product sent was not only defective but they are still charging me $24.99 a month for more what I don't know. I have asked to cancel and when I asked for a refund I got nothing just more charges. This is a very disreputable company. Never buy from them! I'm still trying to recoup some of my money from them but losing faith. I just want them to stop!

The basement always had that damp

The basement always had that damp, old house smell no matter what I tried. Plug ins felt fake and overpowering. I placed an AirHero down there and forgot about it. A week later I realised the smell just wasn’t there anymore. Zero effort, zero maintenance. That’s a win.

Exactly what I wanted, nothing more

Threw one of the charcoal bags into my wardrobe and forgot about it for a bit. Came back later and realised the musty smell was completely gone. No added scent, no masking, just gone. That’s exactly what I wanted.

I purchased 2 of the Waggy AI puppies

I purchased 2 of the Waggy AI puppies, thinking of possibly giving one to a friend who had to give their dog away, but receiving these, supposed to be lifelike puppies, I noticed first that instead of being USB powered, it needed 2 AA batteries, meaning instead of being able to rub or scratch it's tummy, there was a sizable piece of plastic where the tummy should be. I found the power button and turned it on and the toy walked two or three steps made four mechanical barking sounds as it walked backwards a few steps and repeated. I contacted the vendor and they said if you're not happy, send it back to us in China. Of course I would have to pay the shipping cost which is just about the same as the products cost!

I have sent them the correct mailing address 3 times and they say it can't be found that's not true I've been living here for 2 years and I have never had a problem. I gave him the address direction by direction and they still have not complied. They only get a 1/2 a star, unless I get the product ASAP Thank you, Gary, don't get Michael Armstrong 250 pound.\nWorkday

I ordered the little dog

I ordered the little dog, when it arrived there were 3 in the package. I went to the site to try and get a return address to return them, I haven't received it yet. They are taking $14.99 from my bank account each month and I don't know why. How do I return the products? I opened the package and what I saw in the clear plastic looked like a joke. I want my money back and for them to stop taking more money from my account. How do I do this?
So far, they have taken $124.96 from my bank account. How do I get it back? I have been trying since I received the products with no luck. Kirobrands.com is the name of the sellers.

Scammed me out of 100$

Scammed me out of 100$. Now I have to go back and fourth with my cc. Company. Cc company told me to contact Kiro for full cancelation told they would cancel and confirm that as 10days ago and no response. Do not buy anything from this company they will scam the shit out of you. They will store your cc even if you use PayPal and charge you for a mystery box that you never receive monthly. This company is a complete scam relying on people not paying attention to make money. Disgusting business practices. Just yuck! You guys suck.

Buyer Beware of Deception

I watched a YouTube video about some glasses. Outlandish claims were made. But I stupidly fell for it. They have a very tricky and deceptive sales funnel. It’s very unethical. Then within minutes I canceled my order and the subscription that they tricked me into buying. Their AI Bot (calling itself “warm regards”) told me the item was already “in process” and they couldn’t issue a refund but that I could contact them when it arrived and possibly return minus shipping and handling (both ways of course). Be very careful before purchasing from them. This company does not practice good customer service.
