Absolutely awful service from start to finish. Their representative came to take measurements. I then had to wait 6 weeks for the installation, only to discover that the measurements were wrong and one of the roller blinds had a hole in it.

After that, I was told to wait another four weeks for replacement parts and fabric — and when they finally arrived, the measurements were wrong again. Yet another delay of several weeks.

In the meantime, one of the blinds fell off the window — installed by their so-called “professionals.” I’m still waiting for that to be fixed, now three more weeks to wait.

Their customer service is slow, unhelpful, and only reachable by email. They are friendly only until you make the payment — after that, you can forget about any support.

This company has wasted months of my time and caused endless frustration. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from that store.

Verry nice person..Came by made all the necessary measurements and after I could look at all the colors of the needed materials.
Gave me some tips and after she would send an email,to confirm wherever I would accept and go through with it or not.

Rick called to notify his expected arrival time and was on time. Although I was not expecting the technician to speak English, he was able to communicate very well in English. I appreciated that he gave input into various window coverings and the rationale behind his suggestions. He was helpful and friendly.

Terrible company. Worst customer service and quality of product. Have the measurements service by the company and they made the measurements and decide the color as well. Took 3 weeks to arrive and have to wait another 3 weeks because only came one part and not full. After that the other part came but different color. They took another 2 weeks to deliver the correct color but design was different from the others! Worst is that the measurements is incorrect. The screen can come off any time because it’s wrong measurements. Never recommend this kind of company without any responsibility and bad service and costumer service!

They delete low grade ratings!!!

I was sold blinds and curtains, on the receipt it mentioned rails included.

At installation day, nothing could be installed and I was left with 2 boxes for me to sort myself.

The blinds were poorly measured and never fit, I never got my money back, I received a very rude email after 5 attempts to try fixing it, and yet they deleted my review!!!

The technician was professional, friendly and efficient and I received my quotation within hours. Very happy so far with the service and I look forward to working with this company.

Really appreciate the availability to help me choose which blinds fit best at my home! The specialist who came to visit also gave really solid advice on which colors and style of blind should be used in each division, overall a really pleasant experience! You also receive the quotation shortly after the specialist's visit, so you don't have to wait long at all to decide whether you want to move on with the purchase or not.

Very satisfied with the experience. Also used the measurement and installation service and in both cases, the handymen were very friendly and helpful. The blinds were measured delivered and installed on the schedule seamlessly.
