Beware - Misleading Information
Avoid this seller.
The items I received were significantly smaller than the dimensions advertised on the website. I ordered ammonites that are cast from standard moulds, so there is no reasonable excuse for the measurements being inaccurate. The sizes should have matched the advertised specifications exactly, but they did not.
To make matters worse, I was forced to pay more than £100 in import duties to the UK before I could receive my order. This turned an already disappointing purchase into an expensive mistake.
When I contacted Customer Services about the incorrect dimensions, they were completely unhelpful. There was no meaningful assistance, no willingness to offer a discount and no concern shown for customer satisfaction. I could have returned for a refund but that would have cost another £100+ in postage ... £200 down and nothing to show for it.
If you choose to buy from this company, be aware that the products may not match the descriptions on the website and you may be left to deal with the consequences yourself. Based on my experience, you purchase entirely at your own risk and should not expect adequate support if something goes wrong.
