One of my clients uses your top coat when I can't get her in, she said she'd pay for everything, we still have not used it I have to get a drummel and two tools. Your shipping was very fast but I don't do much out of the US shipping and about chocked on the 45.00 mailing charge. I know your product is very good and highly praised by another tech in Lewiston Michigan.

Had 2 lamps and both failed in less than 4 months
Purchased 1 led lamp which lasted 4 months before playing up. Had it checked by sending it back to their warehouse and said nothing wrong with it so sent it back to me. Then it still was playing up, not switching on by sensor and then switching off half way through curing so I video it and emailed it to the team. They did send me a brand new lamp once I proved it was not functioning correctly. Received new lamp next day which was fab, and again this lamp has let me down exactly the same way as the first less than 6 months of having it, but it's out of warranty now for me to do anything. I should of emailed them when the 2nd one started to play up but didnt want to look like im complaining for the sake of it due to past experience. Even though you have 12 months warranty you do expect them to last longer, especially being a kirsty meakin brand which I know she wouldn't want us consumers to have bad products, but on my occasion I have had 2 lamps and both failed in the same way. Would a replacement lamp have the same warranty? I should have asked, but I needed to complete a review as lessons can be learnt here. If you have anything faulty, report it. This has cost me uncured products and I have lost a few customers as this reflects on my service which I'm gutted about. I do love kirsty's products, but not the lamps and I wouldn't recommend them to any other nail tech I'm afraid which I really hate to say. I could just be unlucky, but when you spend your hard earned money and a excellent brand like Kirsty's then you do have high expectations .

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re truly sorry to hear you’ve experienced repeated issues with your lamps. We know how important reliable equipment is when working with clients, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you.
Looking into your order history, your initial issue was reported in May, when you advised the lamp was acting randomly and not curing nails properly. The lamp was thoroughly tested, returned to you later that month, and we also refunded your shipping charges in full in line with our policy.
On 13 June, you contacted us again with video evidence showing the problem had returned after initially working fine. A replacement lamp was sent out the very next day without requiring the faulty lamp back.
The only correspondence we’ve had since then was regarding the possibility of purchasing a replacement power supply lead. We responded with instructions on how to do this, but we didn’t hear back and were therefore unable to investigate or resolve any further issues for you.
It’s disheartening to hear you wouldn’t recommend our products to other nail techs, as Kirsty invests a great deal of time developing them specifically for professionals. Our reviews show they are loved by techs worldwide and that high expectations are regularly met.
For clarity, our lamps carry a 12-month warranty in line with standard practice for electronic goods. LED nail lamps typically have a lifespan of 12–24 months due to the natural decline in curing power over time.
We’re always happy to help whenever an issue is reported and pride ourselves on resolving electronic faults quickly for our customers. We’re sorry we weren’t given the opportunity to assist you further.
