I bought 'Chicken with Ginger & Spring Onion' as it was on offer. Big mistake not to have read reviews first. The film was a real struggle to remove and, frankly, the meal wasn't worth the effort. Pretty tasteless. I won't buy Kirsty's meals again.

Omg the mac and cheeze was amazing I had hard time finding an alternative to being lactose free not lot of things out there for people like us I would suffer with it make my belly in pain when I was younger pretty silly I know but since getting older can't do it to myself anymore belly pain and on the loo not good to anyone so started to buying kirstys products easly say feel better for it but the mac and cheeze definitely a firm favourite now and will definitely buy more it's light no more hurty belly never tasted any thing as good as this range but I can't get hold of your pizza's in any of the supermarkets so please start doing loads of them want to try them all thanks Milly

I bought this, frankly expecting to be disappointed, as 'special' foods often do fall far short of fabulous... However, I absolutely devoured their Gluten-free & Dairy-free beef lasagne: all I can say is that it’s nothing short of miraculous that a GF&DF product can be that good. It blows ‘normal’ versions of the dish out of the water! I'm looking forward to seeking out the rest of the product range.

The apple pie is absolutely amazing! I'm loving the apple to pastry ratio, as all other desserts are loaded with sugar & pastry, whereas these are not. Thank you! Highly recommend. I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu, definitely the cheesecake. I'm currently perusing other stockists. Keep up the good work!

Can't think of anything positive to say. Instructions didn't cover 900 microwaves. Film would not peel off - had to cut. No taste of ginger or spring onion. I am thankful that it had been discounted in Morrisons. Barely worth discounted price of £2.40

This is the most disgusting meal I have ever tasted .It tastes like vomit .Why is this allowed to be sold I’ll never know just look at others reviews too 🤮

Tried most of the meals and really found them enjoyable and tasty. Would have given 5 stars, but like others, I did have a problem peeling back the film lid, but I do have a pair of scissors. What I will say to all of the negative reviewers is, if you want over spiced, salty, sauces overly laced with artificial flavourings and colourants, don't buy healthy food. Looking forward to trying more in the range. I will add, that other well known frozen food suppliers have very long best before dates, so what preservatives are in them, also tried a well known frozen sweet and sour chicken meal, so much artificial colouring, it was bright orange and quite sour. Don't knock healthy foods, so much flavour in competitors meals is artificial.

Ghastly. I bought two Kirsty's meals for the first time. My daughter had the lasagne and I had the cottage pie. Both pretty awful and not cheap. I persevered for about a third of it and then had to chuck it. I never chuck food. Sloppy, tasteless, any taste was really off putting. This would certainly put anyone off being vegan. Never again.

Have tried "Chinese" dishes from Kirstys on two occasions hoping the first was just unfortunate but no. The chicken in both lacked texture and flavour as did the sauce. If it contained ginger it was masked by a strange slushy mess. I have been coeliac for 18 years and this is the worst gluten free food I have ever tasted.

Who are the taste testers at Kirsty’s? Who decides that this food is suitable for human consumption? It’s such a myth that gluten free food is just horrible and we have to put up with it. The people at Kristy’s seriously need to do better for gluten free people.

I bought Kirsty’s Luxury Apple Pie initially because my daughter became vegan and I wanted something to offer her as a treat when she visits. Being as there are 2 slices per pack I had the other slice. I was hooked. I’m not big on eating pastry so was pleasantly surprised to find I prefer the base. I love the apple topping as there is plenty of it and it’s in sizeable slices, topped with almonds. Each slice is very juicy and moreish (especially with ‘squirty cream’). I’ve been ordering at least one pack from Ocado every week for many, many months. If it’s on special offer I buy two packs. Because it’s a frozen product it’s easy to store and eat at short notice. ***** all round from me. Well done Kirsty’s.

what a horrible disgusting meal !!!!!!!!!
I've had lots of Chinese dishes but this is the worse i have ever come across its gross !!!
I don't usually complain but this was so bad i felt i had to!!!

Absolutely horrible. I've had other Free From Mac and cheese which have been really nice, but sadly not this one. It tasted horrible and seems to be lacking something 🤔 I threw it away which made be angry, it was so horrible. Plus it was very expensive, even more annoying. I'll never buy again 😭

Chicken Arrabiatta
The chicken looked like the bits you would throw away, and not much of it, which was fortunate as so disgusting

I had had a pasta bolognaise a week ago and wasn't too bad

But had previous very bad experience with chicken curry, again chicken was not only poor but looked uncooked

I had liked these products before and had hoped my last experience was a one off
Sadly not

I will not be buying any of these meals again

I had the chicken with ginger & spring onion firstly couldn’t get film off then only 4 pieces of chicken in this slushy looking sauce would never have another one of there ready meals not nice at all.

Felt like I should leave a review due to all of the negative ones. These ready meals are quick and easy to make, taste good enough for a meal with such low calories. If you’re used to eating buckets of salt, you probably won’t like them. I don’t feel guilty after eating one and I know it’s a healthy quick option when I don’t have the energy to cook a full meal. Thanks!

Pizza was awful ! Macaroni cheese was vile . Couldn’t eat either

Kirstys pepperoni pizza- totally disagree with previous review that it was tasteless. It had a taste. Unfortunately that taste was like baby vomit. Couldn’t eat it.
