About KISA At KISA, we believe everyone deserves to stay connected with their loved ones, simply and safely. We are a proudly Australian-owned and operated company based in Cheltenham, Victoria, dedicated to creating easy-to-use mobile phones. Our phones are designed from the ground up for individuals who find modern smartphones overwhelming, particularly seniors and those living with dementia, low vision, or other disabilities. What makes a KISA Phone different? There are no complicated screens, apps, or confusing menus. Instead, a KISA Phone is personalised for its user, featuring large, tactile buttons with the names and even photos of pre-programmed contacts. It’s a mobile phone reduced to its most essential purpose: making calls to the people who matter most. Our dedicated support team is based right here in Cheltenham. When you call us, you'll speak with a local team member who is ready to help. Your feedback on Trustpilot is incredibly important to us. It helps us understand what we're doing right and where we can improve our service. Thank you for considering KISA to help keep your family connected.

KISA - great phone for elderly relative
We are really happy with the KISA phone - purchased for an elderly relative in aged care. Easy to use, clear sound, easy to hold and charge and no issues had what so ever. Albeit expensive - worth every cent for the ease with which the elderly person can use it. Customer service has been great so far
True phone for elderly
True phone for elderly! No unnecessary functions, dialling is very simple, large letters, no numbers to remember to remember. My 92 year old mother loves it and can use without problems.
Kisa - Great Customer Service
My experience with Kisa was a very good and professional one.
Lai was very efficient, friendly and helpful and was in contact regularly making me feel assured through the whole process from start to finish.

I purchase the phone for my mother who has dementia as this was advertised as a phone for the elderly. We had problems with the phone charging in the charging dock initially because the wrist strap stopped it from making contact with the charging points. We were then told to just use the charging cable, but then the battery would not hold charge. Kisa then advised us that the charging cable causes the phone to overcharge. This phone is rubbish so just don't buy it. The phone only has a 7 day return window, which kind of says it all.

We purchased the Kisa for our parent interstate. We bought it outright and chose to use a third party telecommunications..Amaysim. For about 8 months it was fine then my father was advised of glitches like it wasn't charging proper or that the phone would drop put. We contacted Kisa to explain but was told that it would need to be sent back ( at our expense) and looked at ( at our expense) then any repairs..( also at our expense) stating it was probably because moisture had gotten in!? My parents live week to week and this was a vital investment for them.
I would not recommend as there are other options.
The KISA phone best solution for friend with Parkinson's.
The KISA phone is the best solution that I have found for my friend with Parkinson's. He is in a nursing home and exclusively uses the phone to communicate with his wife and daughter. The fixed location large mechanical buttons of the KISA phone work well for him. His previous simplified "smart" phone was problematic. Given his dry fingers with limited mobility, he could not reliably select items on the touch screen. He often accidentally put the phone into a virtually unusable mode.
I have received good support from KISA. They answered my many questions about using the phone here in the US. The phone is currently working well on a 4G service from a major US carrier. The phone does not support 5G but that is not a problem at this time.
The phone seems to be engineered well given a presumably limited development budget. The battery can easily be replaced by the user. The case is fairly rigid though of course not indestructible. The phone automatically checks for software updates when placed on the charger. However the phone should not be left on the charger all day since that may over charge the battery.

Only bought The Flip 3 in FEB 2022 and the 3G network is being phased out in DEC 2023 by Vodafone - KISA was a bad choice - please don't sell obsolete phones

Bad phone quality, hopeless support customer service
Bought it for mum and stop turning on after a month or so. Call customer support and was asked to sent the phone back for repair. Kept following up either by email or phone without any update on where my phone is even I provided tracking number from AUSPOST (they have signed off it). As I wrote this, am still waiting for the phone back after 2 months my mum without her mobile phone.
Thank you KISA
The KISA phone that my sister and I purchased for our 95 year old mother was the best thing we could possible do to assist her as she progressed into onset dementia.
The ease of use allowed my mum to stay in contact with love ones by a press of a button, this was also very important as she had just taken up residence in a nursing home and was a little lost.
I should also comment on the simple a helpful process that KISA provided in the setting up and purchase of the phone this was appreciated in a very emotional time for my sister and myself.
After two years of faultless performance, my sister and I can strongly recommend the KISA phone as a extremely helpful tool in assisting in the difficult period of our loved ones slip into dementia.
Thank you KISA👍
This phone changed my mother's life
This phone changed my mother's life. Seems simple - a phone that an elderly woman with limited hand mobility, limited eyesight, no interest in anything beyond talking with her kids and close friends and lots to say can use. This is the only one I found, and my mother loves it. She no longer has to wait for her kids to call, navigate the receptionist at the nursing home, and get someone to take a phone to her. She reaches into her pocket, pulls out her phone, punches the button for the kid she wants to talk with and boom, she is connected. Like I said, it seems simple, but it really made a huge difference. I recommend this phone wholeheartedly. And the folks at Kisa are wonderful!
Useless battery
The phone is great to use, just what was needed
But one year on the battery life is almost non existant, a few hours at most, and despite trying all the usual places we havent been able to get a replacement.
So now we have to get another phone.!!!
Kisa phone is terrible phone and worse…
Kisa phone is terrible phone and worse it is shockjng customer service. I bought the phone through catch but when they sent it back to kisa for repair they laid and sent faulty phone back without repairing it. They didn't want to refund the money not fix the phone
Very dissapointed
My situation is different to the…
My situation is different to the majority of satisfied users of the Kisa phones. We purchased a Kisa 3 Flip due to the description of ''such an easy phone for the elderly to use with big buttons''. I have a condition similar to Parkinsons known as ''essential tremor'' and I found on opening the Kisa 3 Flip phone it was not as easy to use as claimed. We opened it from the package and inspected it without connecting as it was obviously that my condition would make it completely unsuitable. We contacted Kisa and were told rather shortly ''you can return it ..but you better be sure it is repacked in EXACTLY the same way it came. and that they would be processing it as a ''change of mind'' return. It was pointed out to Kisa that it was being returned as it was not quite as described as being ''the best big button easy to use phone for the elderly'' After Kisa recieved the phone they emailed us and said there would be no refund as the phone had a faulty connection/terminal and we were responsible. The photos they sent were from a part of the phone that we had not touched as all we did was unpack it and put the battery in to enable us to look at the display.*Following this I have spoken to the management and an agreement was reached at which point a full refund has been offered to me. Even though we found the phone unsuited to our needs I do not wish to indicate it should be avoided.
Good product that suits the category- Old People’s Phones!
Having had a confused experience which ended in signing up for a service I didn’t want, they were swift in resolving the problem & refunding. The phone itself is perfect for the job, in this case an elderly father who doesn’t like tech- simple ‘open to answer, close to hang up’ plus the ability to send pics of the grandkids.... and an excellent price.

A great phone
A great phone, so nice to be able to call my Mum whenever and know she can answer because of simplicity!
Love the piece of mind ....
Love the piece of mind of having mum easily connected to me whilst I’m at work.
Kisa phone and staff have been wonderful to our family especially at such a time.
Thank you x
Great phone for the sight impaired
User friendly phone for seniors
Very easy phone to use for seniors with memory problems.
It’d be awesome if any mobile number could be dialed apart from the 10 numbers stored in the phone ; however that’s what makes it easy to use.
