I booked a flight and I ask for cancellation within the first 24h. I got 50 euros of reimbursement out of almost 1000 € of tickets.
Update after comment:
The airline confirmed that I had right to a full refund - therefore kiss&fly most likely got the whole amount back. Yet, I only received 50€ back. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this website!

When we process all requests for ticket refunds, our agency, in accordance with the agreement with the airline, must be guided by the fare rules that regulate penalties for the refund procedure.
If you would like to familiarize yourself with the tariff rules that apply to your order, you can do this right now, in your personal account, by clicking on the “Fare Rules” section. In your case, according to the airline's fare rules, when canceling a ticket, it is possible to get a refund only for some unused airport fees and taxes. The ticket fare and payment system surcharge are non-refundable. Our agency's service fee for processing the request, and the payment system markup charged for the initial payment is also non-refundable. Having applied these fines, the refund amount was 55.6 EUR. Unfortunately, the airline does not allow you to return more money than what was previously offered to you.

In this case, we ask you to send us a confirmation from the airline regarding the right to a full refund for your tickets by email to info@kissandfly.it
Based on your letter, we will send a second request to the airline to clarify the inconsistency of the information provided to us.

Reservation for an urgent ticket from Italy to central America went well with a lower price instead of other websites.

Everything good and easy just a little bit disappointed that carried luggages where not available in the initial price, for a transcontinental flight is it quite absurd, anyway it may not depend on the purchase platform. Nothing more to underline.
