Used it about 10 times the first two times with the flanges it caused the skin around my nipple to tear off. I then tried it without any flanges and that seemed to work when I was using them around the 10th time. I can smell the motor it smells like it’s burning and then my boobs started feeling hot and like they were burning I stopped using immediately. It’s cheap from Amazon but the motor is cheap which is why I think they don’t last at all. Now looking into buying from a different brand maybe more expensive but if your pumping most of the time and need something to feed baby overnight and pump without it being kicked or having to manual express at 3am in the morning or even when you need to pump while out for the day with baby look at getting a more expensive one like I am. Don’t risk the burning or chemical smell of a cheaper brand.
2½ Months of Being Ignored – Shocking Negligence by KISSBOBO - Causing mum and Child distress!
This company does not even deserve one star - that even seems to generous!
My experience with KISSBOBO has been nothing short of negligent and distressing. For over 2½ months, I have been trying to resolve a faulty product issue, providing videos, photos, and order details. I corresponded with Lily from customer support, who dismissed my concerns and insisted the fault was with a silicone ring — despite my clear evidence that the motor was the problem.
Here is the timeline of my efforts:
• 26 Aug 2025 – Requested a replacement battery motor.
• 27 Aug 2025 – Followed up with video evidence and asked for escalation.
• 28 Aug 2025 (morning) – Sent order number, explained the suggested solution had already failed, requested refund or replacement motor.
• 28 Aug 2025 (afternoon) – Sent another video, requested resolution by 29 Aug or refund.
• 1 Sep 2025 – Formally requested refund.
• 10 Sep 2025 – Escalated further, asked for manager/CEO details, and requested a Teams/Zoom call.
In return, I only received two repetitive replies from Lily (on 27 and 28 Aug), both ignoring the actual problem. Every single follow-up after that was completely ignored.
This is not just poor customer service — it is negligence. I was left chasing answers, dismissed despite clear evidence, and denied escalation to a manager. The distress has been compounded because the product was meant for my baby, who is ultimately the one affected by KISSBOBO’s inaction.
A responsible company would never allow a customer to be ignored for months while refusing to resolve a valid complaint. Instead, KISSBOBO have shown a complete lack of care, accountability, and professionalism.
I strongly warn others: if you buy from this company and something goes wrong, you may be left abandoned and ignored just as I have been.

I received this pump as a gift. When first received the pump was working great and was a game changer as far as time and convenience. My only issue is receiving response from their customer service to replace and claim the warranty. The company can do better at communicating. On the brighter note, they do give a free gift after leaving a review.

I contacted KissBobo via the chat on their website and they have offered to send me a new motor free of charge! & 1 brand new free item! No Customer Service?
I was gifted the GLE10’s with warranty and have really loved them. I am just under two months postpartum and they have started to malfunction. I have emailed the company many times and the only response I have been given is to provide my order number. I have provided it 3 times and still no response after that. I have even left a voicemail and no call back. In result, I have chosen to get a wearable pump from another company.

Great Pump with Solid Support. Just Be Patient
As a breastfeeding mom and content creator, I’ve really enjoyed using the KISSBOBO pump. It’s lightweight, hands-free, and makes pumping on busy days much more manageable.
I did experience an issue with one of the motors not working and the other sounding weaker than usual. It took a bit of time and a couple of follow-ups to hear back from the team, but once they responded, they were kind and helpful in getting a replacement sent out. I appreciate them making it right.
Overall, it’s a great option for moms looking for an affordable and convenient wearable pump, just be prepared for a little patience if you need support.

I ordered 4/25/25 just to get the run a round on shipping. Finally ships and was expected 5/3/25 to only receive delivery failure on 5/8/25 due to failure of postage payment from KISSBOBO. KISSBOBO will not even respond to any of my emails anymore regarding my issue. I'm due to have my c section 6/6/25 I'm so disappointed with this added anxiety.

when I first received my GLE10 pumps, I was really impressed with their performance. However, about a month after using them, one of the motors broke. I reached out to Kissbobo for support, and they promptly sent me a replacement pump, which I appreciated.
Fast forward to three months later, and unfortunately, I encountered another issue - this time, the second motor stopped working during a pumping session. I have tried to contact Kissbobo multiple times via email about this problem. I received one response asking if I had broken the motor, to which I clarified that it simply stopped working. Since then, my emails have gone unanswered.
As a breastfeeding mother who pumps every two hours while at work, this situation has become an extreme inconvenience for me. I believe I still have a guarantee on one of the pumps, yet I feel like I'm being ignored.
I urge potential buyers not to be fooled by the rave reviews on social media. Many of those reviews seem to come from individuals who are either being compensated or receiving free products. If you're considering investing in these pumps, I recommend spending a little more money on a more reliable brand. I have already wasted a significant amount of money on what I thought would be a good product, only to be let down by the performance.
In conclusion, while the GLE10 pumps initially felt like a great choice, I have now experienced two motor failures in just five months. PLEASE learn from my experience and make a more informed decision.

I want to warn everyone that the KISSBOBO website looks like a scam. My wife ordered a breast pump from them, but it was never shipped. After canceling the purchase, they didn’t refund the money as promised.
The only contact they provide is a Gmail address (seriously?), and now they’ve stopped replying to our messages. You just can’t trust a company that treats customers like this. We just want our money back.

I have zero information regarding my order of two electric pumps, which I placed on Dezember 09, 2024. As of today, January 2, 2025, I have yet to receive my products. I have repeatedly reached out via email to inquire about the shipping status, but my messages have gone ignored. Additionally, I have requested a refund, but again, there has been no response. Its unaccetable. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. The lack of communication and support from your team is disappointing and does not reflect well on your brand. I want my money back!
I urge others to think twice before making a purchase, as it seems that the customer service is lacking and may lead to unnecessary stress.

I no longer want the Double Electric Breast Pump-1508Pro × 1. I just want my money back. I'm in a delicate phase, with a three-month-old baby at home exclusively breastfeeding. It's a disappointment that you treat your customers this way, with complete disregard. No more product, just my money back!

Appalling customer service to go hand in hand with their appalling products. I’ve had at least 2 broken pumps and as I’m under warranty they were replaced, now needing yet another replacement and they don’t want to know, initially offered me a “partial refund” which I declined as I’m still under warranty so entitled to a full refund or replacement, they requested a video of broken pump, which I sent them, I have now sent them around 6/7 emails for over a month, they’re ignoring me, probably until my warranty is up, would not recommend to anyone, absolute waste of money as I’ve had to buy from another company, it’s out of order when you’re relying on these pumps to remove milk to feed your babies, unacceptable and I’ll definitely be taking it further.

Low quality
Bought the breast pump 1508 in February, the first motor broke in August. After sending three videos, this motor was replaced, but it took more than two weeks before it was delivered. Not pumping for two weeks was not an option, so I had to buy a new extra pump. Now the second engine is broken. The breast pump is very affordable, but of low quality. If you are looking for a breast pump for daily pumping, this one is not reliable enough.
