Disappointing…Looks nothing like the photo, nowhere near as fluffy! Bought 5 stems and they’re all really thin and there is barely anything on them (despite following the instructions of shaking them and using a hairdryer on them with low heat). Pictures are definitely misleading.
Amazing service. I had a slight (personal preference) issue with ONLY ONE of the pampas’s , contacted Marta and wow did she help. She sorted everything out, efficiently and promptly. Thanks so, so much. Would 100000% recommend
