I really am not sure about this website because I saw it pop up on my instagram and fell in love with one of the dresses but I didn’t think I’d suit it. I’ve been having a very hard time recently and went to the gym to clear my head and I came out with one of those moods where you just don’t care and want to make yourself happy so I decided to purchase the dress as well as a nice choker I saw. However, due to some banking issues at the moment I could not verify it was me using my card so I gave up and went downstairs and told my mum about it. The next day I got very upset and my mum offered to buy the dress and choker for me. However, after purchasing the items I never received an order confirmation email even tho we’d ordered it on my account from her phone and the money has left her bank and an additional fee for oversees shipping. I left it that day to see if my email isn’t updating because of the internet but I received other emails from Kistania giving me discount codes because I still had the items in my basket waiting to go through checkout. I refreshed the website and it’s still the same. So I emailed their customer service a few days ago now and I still haven’t had any emails regarding this issue or any email to say that’s I’ve reached their customer service and they will get back when they can. So I am not fully sure if Thisbe is a scam or not. I will be calling them on Monday at some point if I don't hear back from them!

Kistania has a variety of incredible products. And I think they are good, but the sizes are not always exact. Sometimes bigger or smaller. That's why I give this rating

I ordered my item on Sep. 24 2022. I did not receive my item until Oct. 20th 2022. When I did receive the outfit, it was terribly made. It looks like they just stitched things together fast. The straps do not look like advertised, it has Velcro to hold the bra together. The item I received does not look like the item I purchased. It’s cheaply made. I am trying to return it and they are telling me that they are not at fault because that’s the size I ordered and “there are different factors like not liking an item and can refuse to give a refund” they are a scam!
I’ll give todays date for date of experience because I’m still trying to get my refund from them.

Update: 10/26/22
I continued my communication and showed them pictures of the parts I was unhappy with. They offered me a 35% refund which was $15 and continued to show me their policy of not liking a item. I ended up just taking the partial refund to be done with this. I added a second start because they kept communicating back and at least gave me a partial refund.

2 items that I had ordered where out of stock. They did replace one and refunded the other one. Im 100% sure i ordered a Large for the pants. They fit like a small. One of them doesnt have a tag size and the other pant just has a number 3 for the size and it just doesnt fit at all.

Update: I just received the sexy girl bandaged cutout solid color high split “dress”. Well guess what, its NOT A DRESS. Its a 5 piece garment and it looks NOTHING like the picture. Material is very low quality. The top part of the “dress” is a bra and something you put on top of it that looks nothing like in the picture. Then the straps on the legs are attached to an bikini material underwear that is super oversized. This is very misleading and im very dissatisfied with this purchase. I feel ripped off and since it came from overseas the return is going to be a headache.
About the pants, i ordered the correct size, Kistania sent the WRONG size to me.

Update oct 26, they DO NOT WANT TO REFUND ME. My $94 only $34 (35% of the 3 items) i refuse to keep the crappy clothing that they send the wromg size and the dress isnt even a dress. This is a very scammy company and i warm all buyers to shop elsewhere because the items arent what theyre showing on their website and then they send you the wrong size.

Update 11/01/2022 they want me to pay for my own shipping on their mistake and to return the horrible”dress” thats not even a dress.dont fall for this scammy ass company.

I disputed through paypal but paypal also seems to support these scammers. I have to send back the merchandise to get my money back. It seriously costs more than $40 to send back to china. My last resort is disputing it through my bank. Please save yourself a headache and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Wish i could upload pictures on here. They also didnt upload my one star review on their website or the pictures i uploaded

I ordered from this crappie company spent $ 50 on a jacket for my handicap sister and I have never received it was for her birthday but now I'm out money for something I never received I'm very disappointed with this whole process

I've literally bought a whole new wardrobe from Kistania and everything is good quality. Not one item didnt fit and all ofnit looked amazing on!
A lot of "alternative" clothing stores don't have particularly well made clothing, and almost never in larger sizes, but Kistania sells good quality items at very reasonable prices. I wear a UK16 and time and time again alt stores don't cater for this size - no matter that it is the UK average size! Kistania not only caters for me but I wish I'd known about this site when I was a lot larger (UK26) because I wouldnt have had to wear the mainstream plus size selection in the UK as so few shops carry alt clothing at those sizes.

Once I'd tried on a pair of velvet jacquard leggings I knew I needed to buy a 2nd, and 3rd (!) pair. Unfortunately the 3rd time they were put of stock, very understandable because they're gorgeous! A representative emailed me to offer a different item of my choice or a refund. I chose to go with another item which was a little more money but the representative set up a link for me so I could pay the difference and it was dispatched that same day!

Shipping times are true to site, but processing time is a bit longer. Received package and loved everything! Sizes are not US sizes so make sure to double check measurements and order larger. Communication for an item that wasn't available anymore came about a week after my box shipped but I was able to get a refund quickly. Overall happy with my items and can't wait to order more :)

They're stealing designs and photos from the designer Askasu, cropping out her branding, and likely selling cheap dupes of her beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. No credit is given to her anywhere.
