My son got his new club gear as a present for Christmas and woke up on Christmas morning with a big grin on his face. The products are great and the customer service we received was very quick and helpful. Highly recommend.

Good service and product but I ordered personalisation which didn’t happen hence the 3 star review as I didn’t get what I paid for. Refund was managed quickly and efficiently.

Have used KitRoom a few times now. First time was for some balls and stuff. Second time a custom kit and third time just some basic gear. Great service, quick shipping. Highly recommend

Had an issue with my first order but the customer service and speed it was resolved was fantastic, would highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have to leave a one star review.

We placed an order for our sons training kit and the website states order with personalisation take around 20 working days. Order placed on 28th August and kit not received until 14th October. Sent a couple of emails chasing our order only to receive slow replies, and be met with excuses of it’s a busy period for us, we’re a new company starting out, didn’t have enough embroidery machines/machinists.

Whilst this may be the case, managing customers expectations around delivery times and updating the website to reflect this may be a good place to begin.

Unfortunately when our kit arrived the embroidery of my son’s initials was misaligned and doesn’t look professional. Also as the training kit was purchased as a bundle (t-shirt, shorts and socks) it wasn’t made clear that personalisation was only on the t-shirt and not shorts as well. So I’m now left with the options of putting up with poor t-shirt embroidery, or trying to have it rectified and receive a new training top in who knows what time frame.

Excellent service good quality

I ordered over 7 weeks ago and still haven't got my order or any update on when it will be delivered despite numerous emails. Customer service has just said it's a busy period. Very poor!

Worst experience ive ever had with a company, its been 6 weeks and im still waiting for items to dispatch, their email replies either were rude or they just dont reply for a week, couldn't rate a company any lower, abysmal
