At the same time we are very sorry to hear that some of the black has come off, we think this might be due to black and gold cutlery needing a very special care - kindly make sure they are hand washed in warm soapy water and not in the dishwasher as extreme heat will cause the colour to fade or come off.

On receiving the whiskey decanter and glasses I ordered, while unpacking, I accidentally dropped the decanter stopper, which broke, I immediately emailed Adam, who I believe to be owner, and a new stopper is on its way.......well impressed.....5 stars ......

Initial service was excellent and the goods supplied on time. However when the package was opened one of the dishes were broken. This was reported to Kitchboom immediately and they promised to send another one. Unfortunately I am still waiting for a replacement 5 weeks after it’s initial delivery

The 24 piece set you ordered comes together in one sealed box, we are really sorry that one of the plates broke during delivery.
After receiving your email with the picture of the broken plate on the 22nd of April we informed you that we were going to replace the broken piece. We recently tried to update you by email and call but unfortunately we couldn't get hold of you. A single plate of this set is on its way to us from the factory and we will send it to you immediately as soon as we receive it.
Alternatively, you are entitled for a partial refund if you wish.
Please let us know what you prefer.

My beautiful cutlery
Loved looking through the site and chose to purchase a set of cutlery. I wasn't disappointed. The set is beautiful. My boyfriend says they are too nice to use and should be displayed in a cabinet however I want to use them every day and let friends use them! Service and delivery was great. Packaging was superb, each piece had its own plastic case. I cant wait to order something next month. Wish I could attach a photo!!!
