We had some post installation problems and after some awkward contact with head office they diverted a fitter from another job. His name was Ali. He was a problem solver extraordinaire. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very cheerful and very skilled and he gave us hours of his time until he was happy we were happy. A marvellous man. Philip Moger

Communication was very good throughout the process and all of the Kitchen Magic staff I spoke to were professional and helpful. Within a short space of time I had my new worktops and appliances and some new doors installed and it only took the fitters one day. I was happy with the quality of the new fitments and the standard of workmanship. I didn't make any price comparisons but was satisfied with the cost because it covered everything including installation and removal of waste. The paperwork was supplied by e-mail and I was able to make the stage payments online which was very straightforward. Overall it was a positive experience and I am very pleased with my updated kitchen.

Cindy, the rep was an excellent sales lady, I normally get 3 quotes but was satisfied with her honesty and help us to not waste money.
It was a big job, kitchen and utility room and it was finished within a month of 1st quote.
The instalation took 4 days by Callum an excellent workman, helpful, good talker, worked hard and fast doing overtime to get the job done.
the finished job looks fantastic, we are so proud

The workmen were respectful and efficient. They worked quietly. I was pleased with the overall service from start to finish. I was pleased with the choices we made and the finish.
I am a bit concerned about the quality of the sink, it seems to stain easily. I shall keep an eye on it.

Required a large pull out cupboard damaged door to be fixed.
Other local competitor said you will never colour match the door and the door in now obsolete.
Could not be bothered to visit to assess.
We called Kichen Magic and they sent a representative who matched the colour (lucky) and suggested matching the damaged door replacing side panels and providing two new matching doors either side of the fridge/freezer. Original style cupboard over the fridge/freezer left unchanged. Original handles reused.
I have to say it was a great solution and I cant even notice the two new panels against the rest of the kitchen.
Instead of £10,000 the cost was £2.600. A great result and from the rep (Cindy) to the surveyor and the fitter the project was completed from phone call to fitting was 2 weeks.
Also worked hard to ensure the insurance company were happy.
Excellent service from start to finish.

I found it a great company, I had a lot of help with design but wasn’t pushed to change things, we kept our worktops. There was little disruption and we didn’t even have to empty our cupboards completely. The work was carried out in a day and a half and that included fitting a new extractor fan.

How much!!!
They quoted £5500 to replace cupboard doors, worktops, sink, and tap.
We thought they this expensive for a small kitchen.
Travis Perkins are replacing the whole kitchen, including oven and hob, and removing the tiles and fitting aluminium splash backs for £4000!
How can kitchen magic justify their price?

We are really happy with our new kitchen doors and draws.

Had new cupboard doors, draw plinth and new cupboard replaced. Callum, the fitter, did an outstanding job. Such a nice man and attention to detail amazing. He also removed down lights from under worktop and electric heater. So happy with my stunning kitchen and my friends have commented it looks like a brand new kitchen!
The one thing not happy about was that Kitchen Magic wanted £200 to take away the old cupboards, which I thought was exorbitant so decided not to proceed. Will organise myself.
Overall a very positive experience and kitchen looks much better than I thought it would be.
So knocked off 1 star

We wanted to change our kitchen because after nearly ten years when it was fitted, it became dull and tired looking. We looked at various kitchen cabinets and decided to get a local firm to give us a quote. The cabinets were still as new so it needed doors, drawer fronts, pelmets etc. We decided to get a second quote from a firm that advertised on TV and was well known. The reviews were excellent and so we asked Kitchen Magic to give us a quote. Their salesperson arrived and took measurements and pictures. He explained the whole process to us with their method of payment. We considered it and decided to proceed. A surveyor arrived a few days later and took detailed measurements. The company kept in contact with us by email throughout the process and we were updated with the manufacture of our kitchen and timings of payment. The fitter took two whole days to complete our kitchen makeover and we were very impressed with the quality of the product and the finished look.

Everything was perfect and professional, from start to finish. The staff were fantastic, kind and helpful. The final result was second to none. I would recommend Kitchen Magic to anyone wanting a kitchen makeover. The only downside was the cost but if you want quality you have to pay for it.

Was very dissapointed and dissatisfied with my visit…I live in small flat and have kitchen on one wall only..I wanted to change doors, worktops, and do a few other small bits..have a visit from an older gentleman who as soon as he walked through my kitchen I got the impression he was not interested in doing the job as it was only a small job..He went on about it was likely to cost me the same price as changing the whole kitchen which to me didnt really make sense..your taking some doors of changing them over and worktop..how is that going to cost the same as changing the whole kitchen..The expression on his face also confirmed he really didn’t want to do the job..huge disappointment…

Kitchen Magic, really is like real magic!
Their CS skills and system set up is on point. In three visits with five people in different teams, measuring to the fitting/ installation and the skill that KM workmen have is on point!
Perfectionists whom take time to work hard, clean and tidily as well as good communication skills. No awkwardness, time-lined answering with an accurate level of service.
It took a day and a half (even less) the workmen/fitters are punctual, focused but also passionate.
I would recommend KM with a 5* which is rare in this age.
My kitchen looks amazing! Ty KM and your team from the end of the phone to the very first appointment.
It took a week from the first visit to the last visit and my kitchen is completed!
A*
