SCAM. I should've realized this site was a total ripoff since all of the products are rated 5 stars. They're using fake reviews, and have coded the 5 star rating onto every product. The item I ordered has been in processing for more than 10 days even though I used "Priority Shipping (2-5 days)". This place is a total ripoff, stay away, stay far far far far away. Disputing the charges now - hoping to get my money back.

I ordered a mug that was supposedly processed on Dec 13. Have not gotten the mug or any follow up. They did get their money! $18.99 donation to Kitchen Decor and a lesson never to use them again.

I placed an order online a week ago for a mug, said 3-7 days shipping. Online says order status as "processing", I have emailed twice, no answer. I realize there are shipping delays but to not even know if it has left the warehouse though the payment was made via PayPal... I thought I had done my research online for reviews but evidently not (per this page). Very frustrating...
Now 10 days after placing order and still nothing...scam.....DON'T USE THEM!!!

Wow! I wish I would have seen these reviews before making my purchase. I ordered what I thought was a 2 mug couples set, but only received 1mug. The company responded to my first email right away, saying I was mistaken and that I need to "check myself again". I have since requested a refund and had no response to my several attempts. Buyers Beware!

Looked like a solid company, until they get your money. Then they disappear. Ordered a mug a while back. Shipping stated 3-7 business days. Well past that time frame. Still nothing and no response. Crooks, scammers, thieves.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! I purchased a MUG on 10/3/20 ... fast forward to today 11/3/2020 .. three emails sent and no reply about a refund .. I have contacted PayPal in regards to this since the seller will not answer any of my emails about a refund and their website “contact us” tab has been down since the very first time I tried to reach out to them about this order. This is just plain bad customer service .. I will never purchase anything from them. EVER. I knew something was up after purchasing the item and never receiving any kind of shipping confirmation.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Bought a mug to be personalized. The example of the mug on the site showed the name HANNAH and gave the option to personalize, so I did with the name Christine. when it arrived not only did it have Christine, but the mug STILL had HANNAH on it. When I contacted them multiple time and sent a picture to them of their mistake they said, that's what I ordered. WHY THE HELL would I order a mug and get 2 names on it. The description also does not say that HANNAH would be permanent. THEY ARE A JOKE!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHIN 24 HR (AS IT STATES ON THEIR COMPANY WEBSITE), AND THEY WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY AND SAID THAT I HAD TO PROCEED WITH MY ORDER. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM OR REFUND!! BUYER BEWARE!

The seller sent me a product that did not match the photo in their website, refused to acknowledge the discrepancy and refused a refund. After I filed a PayPal dispute, they eventually offered a full refund if I shipped the product to VIETNAM -- a pretty useless proposition since shipping will cost more than the product. The item was apparently shipped from Michigan, why should I send it to Vietnam? Pretty sketchy business practices, horrible customer service.

This company literally stole my design and product photos from my small business' website.

Horrible "company". All reviews are vague and fake. I purchased a mug on April 12,2020, received it 3+ weeks later. When I received it, it was nothing like the website pictured. That same day I received my mug, I reached out for a refund or to be sent the item as described. I emailed the support e-mail every day for 5 days (they ignored every e-mail) before turning to PayPal for assistance.
Their website shows they have a 100% money back guarantee:

They only offered a refund if I shipped this 11 oz mug to VIETNAM. That is $25 shipping, minimum. It shows that the item location is in Michigan, why am I sending it to Vietnam?

Kitchen Decor is a scam! All of these reviews about this company are accurate. I placed an order weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. I tried contacting them but could not reach anyone. Total scam.

Ordered a mug January 27, 2020 and it still shows as processing on the website. Their number is conveniently disconnected due to covid. The only five star review below is from Jack Dave who ironically also provides a review on their site as Loyd Washington. Can’t believe they’re still up and running and Facebook is showing their ads as they definitely are not producing any of the 5,000+ mugs they offer on their site. I am reporting them to my credit card company.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I paid on the website using PayPal. I got the confirmation they got my money but I never got an order confirmation. I emailed the address that shows up in my PayPal confirmation, but received no response. I’ll be filing a claim with my bank and with PayPal. Hopefully PayPal can disable their account since they are collecting money under false pretenses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IF IT EVEN EXISTS!!!

I made an order since april 8 and haven't received anything since. Tried to track it but is shows processing, tried contacting them but their website wont allow you to send a email. This website kitchen decor is a scam, do not purchase anything from there! Please dont make the mistake i made

Scam. Do not buy from this company. They never ship products just take your money. Utter scam.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! Complete and utter scam. Ordered a mug in December - the business took my money and never shipped my order. I have called multiple times but the phone line is disconnected and no one responds to emails. Will be reporting to the BBB.

Great product and fast shipping. I bought 3 cups from this site for Valentine's Day and 2 for my parents. I chose personal to put everyone's name on the cup. I was very surprised when I received the cup 4 days after I paid. And I'm glad to receive the product it is beautifully printed and the names of people are very clear. I also received a 10% discount code for the next purchase. Very unexpected.
