We spent a lot of time researching kitchen companies and decided to go with Kitchen Desire. We really did make the right choice. Liam and his team were brilliant and helped us with everything - design, style, colours.

Nothing was too much trouble and Liam, Lee, Mike made sure everything was perfect with a real attention to detail.

Couldn’t be happier with the kitchen and would recommend every time. 10/10.

The level of service you receive at Kitchen Desire goes beyond just design/supply/fit - Liam thinks of every little detail and finds a solution. This gave me such confidence that everything was going to turn out perfect and I didn’t have to worry. The quality and finish of the kitchen is better than I imagined. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a new kitchen to speak to Kitchen Desire (and in fact already have recommended to friends!)

From the initial design from Liam through to the quote and installation we’ve had a first class experience. Paul the installer was an excellent kitchen fitter who prided himself on every detail of his work. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Liam and the team at Kitchen Desire enough! Our vision came to life and everything we wanted included has been. The fitting is flawless and the whole experience was brilliant!

Liam and his team did a great job on our kitchen as part of our new extension and we would highly recommend. From helping in the initial design stages, working with our builders during the extension and efficiently and skillfully fitting the kitchen itself. Any additional requests we made were no trouble and they went above and beyond to help.

Liam attended my home and shared with me visions of what my kitchen could look like using software on his ipad.
I chose the cabinets and doors that I wanted which were fitted in a few weeks time to an excellent standard.
I also chose a new built in cooker which was 30% cheaper than I was quoted by a leading domestic appliance supplier.
I would recommend Liam and his team at Kitchen Desire to anyone wanting a new kitchen or bathroom designing and fitting.

Liam from day one was professional and very knowable. His designs were brilliant, and it was no issue at all when we wanted to make any changes.

We gave Liam a few things that we wanted (Larder cupboard and washer/dry stacked) and he made sure they were exactly how we wanted them. Liam arranged for us to go and pick our Quartz worktop so we could get a good look at them before making our decision.

From the start we knew we had made the right decision choosing Kitchen Desire - nothing is ever too much trouble and Liam was always at the end of the phone when I needed him.

Customer service is not good enough. Spent a lot of money with this company last year (when they worked in partnership with Love and Robinson) and I have gone back to them for another job (smaller job) and I just keep getting fobbed of, phone calls blanked, messages blanked. I begged for a fit date and just get told they will come back to me and they don’t update me. Seems that they are only interested if you’re spending a lot of money with them and repeat business isn’t valued. Nothing particularly special about their stuff either in my opinion, it’s not bespoke or handmade, just pre-fabricated. Nice fellas who do the install, Paul in particular was great, but management (Liam) needs to go on a customer service course, a business management course and generally need to get some basic manners and not blank customers who have spent money with them.

Furthermore, the response to my review is again another example of the poor customer service. The company are more interested in not being affiliated with a past company they have “designed kitchens for” rather than apologising for poor customer service and ignoring clients and fobbing them off.

This review is based directly on the poor customer service received recently across July and August 2023 by Liam, the Managing director of this company. It’s not a review for another company, I haven’t got it wrong. The customer service has been shocking, regardless of whether or not this company designed kitchens for another company in the past.

Totally wrong priorities - missing the point of the review!!! Could have picked up the phone and apologised for poor customer service and just got on with the job and the review could have been changed but hasn’t, just wants to distance themselves from past company they worked with, no interest in the fact they have left myself the customer unhappy!!!

We are absolutely thrilled with our gorgeous new bespoke kitchen, designed and managed by Liam of Kitchen Desire. He has remarkable and excellent attention to detail and his advice throughout the design process, regarding unit colours, internal fittings and worktops resulted in our perfect kitchen.

A big thank you to Liam and his team, Paul, Lee and Mike the kitchen cabinet makers and fitters, whose approach to all aspects of the installation was exceptional.

We highly recommend Kitchen Desire, Liam’s is very approachable, considerate and professional and nothing is too much trouble.

Liam is passionate about designing kitchens and gave us good advice regarding design,appliances,floor and counter top.Liam project managed with enthusiasm and expertise.Fitters Karl and Mick were professional and sorted an external leak,that undetected would have damaged both our new kitchen and an external wall.We are really pleased with our finished kitchen and would like to say a big thank you to Liam and his team including Matt and Danny @signatureflooring20.We would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen Desire to anyone planning a new kitchen.
