Guy and all the staff were really helpful
From start to finish.
They listened to what we wanted and did a perfect design. They added great ideas and guidance which we needed and really appreciated.
We had a couple of issues with the fitting, nothing too serious but it was dealt with promptly and professionally.
Other than that it all ran smoothly. Steph and Danielle in the office would always return emails and Calls.
Our kitchen was fitted during December so they were under pressure with fitting everything ready for Christmas and they did so proving great customer care and time management.
We would highly recommend Kitchens by Guy.
An honest, helpful, down to earth company and we really love our new kitchen.

Kitchens by Guy were the most helpful company. We only wanted a couple of units and doors to match our existing kitchen and they treated us like we were purchasing a whole kitchen. Will definitely be recommending them to others.

Guy and the team have been amazing with a few areas of our house.
We have wardrobes in 2 bedrooms, one an alcove and one with vaulted ceiling. We worked with Guy to ensure we maximised the space whilst complimenting asthetic of each room. Both wardrobes are bespoke sizes and looks amazing.

We had the amazing experience of ordering our new kitchen from Kitchens By Guy. We are over the moon and obsessed with the finished product. On our first design appointment I knew that this was the kitchen company for us as they made my vision come to life and I couldn’t be happier. The kitchens, service, before and after care are all of a Quality that you will only find at Kitchens By Guy.

From our very first visit to the shop in Ongar to Guy’s subsequent on-site visit and Kev’s project management, all we can say is how impressed we were with everyone not forgetting Steph in the shop for her constant support.
The quality of finish of the kitchen is spot on and the attention to detail of the team of lads doing the fitting was extraordinary. Nothing was too much trouble.

The experience of working with Guy, Steph, Kevin and the team was a pleasure from start to finish.

First and foremost the kitchen is top quality, there were so many options to make it exactly what we wanted and Guy was helpful and patient as I changed my mind a few times. We were able to bring samples home and look at options in the show room until we made our final decisions. We couldn't be happier with the end product.

What really made a difference was the service. Kevin and his team were on site early everyday and didn't leave until the work plan for the day was done. They were so communicative throughout the whole process and they weren't happy until everything was perfect. I've had a lot of work done in properties over the years and I've never experienced a team like it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kitchen by Guy.

Highly recommend Kitchens by Guy. I started my kitchen project in June and Guy and Steph were both incredibly patient with me as I kept swapping and changing my mind on colours and door styles. They were really helpful in allowing me to take various samples home to try out. The kitchen is well designed by Guy and now all recently fitted, I couldn't be happier with the final result. The carcasses are well made as are the doors. Outstanding quality and exceptional customer service. Thank you so much.

Guy and his team done a wonderful job installing our new office storage cupboards! The guys had to carry all the material up 4 flights of stairs as it wouldn't fit in the lifts (a massive job of 30+ trips up and down) but didn't complain once! The quote was the most competitive quote we received and we are so impressed with our new units - they are perfect and such good quality! Will definitely be using them again for other projects! Guy came recommended by a friend. We met his team at his beautiful store in Ongar. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Guy came for a survey of our house and produced some amazing designs that we fell in love with. After various tweaks we started the project and Guy introduced us to his dad who project manages the whole job. His dad was so helpful, respectful and friendly, guiding my wife and I though the process of getting our amazing kitchen. Nothing was a problem the attention to detail and quality of workmanship was as outstanding.

From the moment we had our kitchen planned with guy I’ve been so happy with everything. So friendly and kind. Answers all my questions. Kitchen fitting crew great and friendly and very helpful. So happy with the final result 🥰

Very happy with my new kitchen. The design was great and Kevin and his team did a wonderful job paying attention to detail and consulting with me throughout. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up every day.
