I ordered a 30cm Samuel Groves urban pan from kitchen square. I was a little worried at first as the price was really good and I didn't get confirmation it had shipped. I contacted them and they told me they were out of stock but that the manufacturer were doing a new production run and it would be 3-4 weeks maybe sooner. They offered me a refund or alternative saveur selects pan if I didn't want to wait. I opted to wait and two weeks later my pan arrived. It's perfect. I think it shipped straight from UK Samuel Groves factory. I'm very happy. It's a really excellent pan. So far today I've made Bolognese sauce but I can see it being my most used pan. Thanks!

Issue Resolved 2022/2023.
Last year we discovered Evri had left the parcel on Angela's doorstep with photo evidence. Sadly the item seemed to have disappeared. We appreciated Angela reaching out to inform us of this issue, we immediately dispatched a replacement wok, which arrived just in time for Christmas. Later Angela discovered the first parcel in a wheely bin at her residence and was able to post the duplicate item back to us.
We were grateful to receive an email from her with the following words:
"I jyst wanted to let you know that I received my Wok this afternoon, this was a great surprise as we both though I wouldn't get it until after Christmas.
Thank you so much for all of your help in making this happen, it really is appreciated.
Five stars for customer service ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ .

Make Cooking An Enjoyable Experience
The On & Off collection is just perfect for people who want convenience and cooking performance. I just need to finish my sautéing on the On & Off 28cm frypan on my stove and move the pan to the table for serving. The handle is good for griping on stove and can be removed when the pan is serving on the table. The food is seared and released nicely and taste so well. It is also easy to clean. I really enjoy using this collection and would recommend to anyone who love these benefits ❤️❤️

Really good pan and excellent customer service
I ordered the On & Off 28cm non-stick Sauté Pan with detachable handle. I had been looking for something like this for sometime as all of my existing pans do not fit in our oven and I wanted to try out some recipes that start on the hob and then are finished in the oven using just one pan. I placed an order and it promptly arrived. I had a problem locking the handle in place and emailed customer services. Dennis responded the next day asking me to send back the pan for a replacement or a refund. I definitely wanted to try out the pan so asked for a replacement. Dennis kept us informed throughout the returns process and the replacement pan arrived within a few days. Although we had a problem with the first pan (the handle was defective), I must say that the pan is really well made and looks very durable. I love being able to start cooking with it on the hob and then putting it in the oven for the remainder of the cooking. We like it so much that I have just ordered another one for our caravan as it also fits in the caravan oven as well!
