KitchTime wrote on their homepage that delivery time is 1-3 days with Express delivery. In the end they only sent the product 2 days after the order went in and it took another 4 days for the package to arrive (too late for a birthday present). The customer service did not offer any compensation for this wrong information and late arrival. Very disappointing.

Supposed to be 10-14 days delivery…
Supposed to be 10-14 days delivery time, but took six weeks. No information about delays and why. Price is ok and no complaints about product.
