Great customer service.
I ordered several glasses and oven gloves. I had a problem with a couple of damaged glasses but the problem was quickly rectified. Very friendly firm to deal with. Good products at competitive prices.

Circular frying pan

I ordered a 2-door commercial fridge…
I ordered a 2-door commercial fridge for over $3000 to be delivered to a new business on the mall in Brisbane. They emailed to say they were "getting your order ready to be shipped". The following day they emailed me asking for a copy of both sides of my credit card and my drivers licence. I called them and said that I wouldn't give them such information as I am cautious regarding identity theft etc. They had my phone number, business address, email, and they had received full payment and were basically accusing me of being fraudulent. Insane behaviour and they refunded me the payment so i had to waste more time buying from another company. Do not waste your time with this company. They didn't trust me and I certainly wasn't going to trust them with my personal and confidential information. Be careful!!
