I have had my eye on a vintage piece of jewellery on the Kit Clayton website. I made contact with Abigail and she was incredibly prompt in responding to all of my questions and sending me pictures of the ring. I then decided to purchase the ring and less than 24 hours the ring was sent directly to me via recorded delivery. It was beautifully packaged and I was kept up to date by Abigail once she had posted it to me.
Overall a prompt and first class service of a woman who is an expert in her field of Jewellery. I would most certainly buy from Kit Clayton again and recommend others to also.

I don’t usually review but I just had to as I was so impressed by Abigail. Her knowledge and great customer service are second to none. She was quick to respond to queries I had before ordering, and then after she was very helpful in helping me to return the item (no fault of the beautiful item - it just didn’t fit me correctly and couldn’t be resized). She is also extremely knowledgeable about each piece which is assuring when purchasing an antique. If you’re thinking of purchasing a gorgeous piece from Kit Clayton, do it!

Well what can I say I dont normally do reviews but this definitely needs one 💓 first point of contact with Abigail was perfect very knowledgeable and helpful especially when you only have photos Abigail kindly sent me video of the ring as it was for special birthday and it’s absolutely stunning cannot recommended enough received in a day, beautiful gift wrapped , one happy lady thank you for making my day 💓💓💓 i would not hesitate to buy again definitely recommend first class service all the way THANK YOU

I was interested in a ring on the website. I emailed the owner several different questions and asked her to even send me videos of the ring on her finger. She responded very quickly and sent me all the videos that I asked for. Once I ordered the beautiful ring, she sent it right out and it came to me in three days! I was very happy and I love this ring!

I ordered a lovely ring and it arrived very quickly, which was terrific, especially as Abigail is in the UK and I'm in one of the Western United States. The ring is as advertised, I love it and wear it every day. I feel that the price was most reasonable. I would definitely purchase from Kit Clayton again.
