Awful, Terrible, experience with this shambles of a company. Their communication is bare minimum when enquiring about an England shirt i ordered 3weeks ago for my daughters birthday DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY seriously avoid and ignore those fake positive experiences!

I recently ordered a couple of player-edition football shirts from this store, and I’m seriously impressed with the quality. The stitching is absolutely on point, the badges are perfectly aligned, and the fabric feels premium and breathable—exactly like what you'd expect from a high-end kit. Finding a spot that actually gets the details right on retro designs and special releases can be a gamble, but these guys nailed it.

The customer service also deserves a massive shoutout. They were super responsive when I asked for a status update on my tracking number, and the fulfillment was surprisingly fast and organized. You can tell they actually care about the community and take pride in sending out top-tier kits. If you're looking to add some fresh shirts to your collection without any hassle, I highly recommend checking them out!

Great customer service too

Took a few weeks to arrive but when it did I was very pleased. Had the same top (Arsenal away kit 2007-white) back in the day. Identical kit, good quality and great customer series when I had a question.
Will order again.

First off these jerseys cost way too much for what you get which is polyester bloody garbage then it takes a lot of time to ship they delivered it to the wrong country then gave the correct details.The actual jersey was garbage the Nike swoosh was way too high and nothing like what they present.I have sent an email if I don’t get a refund or new jersey I’m very dissatisfied.Untill then DONT order !!!!!!

Very disappointing experience. The shipping cost was over €9, which is already high, but what makes this worse is that the delivery time is extremely long at 10–17 business days. This information was not clearly highlighted during the ordering process, and that feels misleading. If a customer is expected to wait this long, that should be stated clearly before purchase, not buried afterward.
I would not have placed the order under these conditions. A sales contract should not be based on terms that are not properly disclosed upfront. Yesterday I am requested a refund.

They only mentioned the 10–17 business day delivery time in their email reply, which was the first time I was informed about it. They also completely ignored my refund request and did not address it at all.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! This company is a scam. I ordered one shirt to see what the quality was like and they sent me a completely different shirt to the one I ordered. When I asked for a refund they just sent me an email to say send it back and they will refund. No return label or address was supplied so impossible to send back then they ignore my emails from there on in. Might complete scammers

I bought a t-shirt (barcellona x travis scott), Arrived within a couple of weeks, excellent quality, and the guys at KitCulture are always very helpful. I highly recommend buying from them; I'll definitely buy from them again.

I've ordered a tracksuit from Kit Culture and waited for almost two months, paid 80 eur and it never arrived. When I first asked the customer service for delivery date they answered "it is coming this week", and them they stopped replying, so from my experience - HUGE SCAM.

Best quality and service. Delivery was fast. Would buy again.!

Shirt arrived EVENTUALLY. I have emailed 3 times post sale for support, ZERO REPLY.
Same shirts available elsewhere use another site.

Placed an order, received NO confirmation of a delivery date. Sent 4 emails requesting a status update with NO reply from their customer care team (I use that term loosely).I then requested a refund, still no reply, eventually got PayPal involved who got me a full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ITEM FROM THIS SUPPLIER, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT

Ordered myslef and my son a United kit, came fast good quality good price what more could I ask for! Very helpful as well when I wanted to change the number on the back
