David and Kite Mortgages has provides us with an excellent service. Highly professional and experienced, great communication, and very reliable. Given that it is a fairly new company, we would have been ok if there had been some hiccups in the process, especially because our purchase situation was not the most straight forward. But there were no hiccups at all, on the contrary, David managed the entire process exceptionally well. We cannot think of anything negative. If you are looking for a mortgage broker, look no further. From very happy first time buyers.

I can only echo what has been written already. My partner and I were first time buyers in London. Both freelancers and new parents to boot. We spoke to a few advisers who had already helped our friends and they were all quite negative about our prospects. Other companies I found didn't have the personal touch.
