Purchased a Mystic brand hoodie that arrived damaged. I emailed the company several times before Tom Holland replied finally offering me an exchange via courier. I obviously accepted this offer and was looking forward to receiving my new hoodie. Now my emails are being ignored and there is no sign of the exchange happening! Poor service

Despite communication being very poor throughout my purchasing experience. I bought and paid additionally to have my paddle board delivered in time for my holiday. On the morning of my departure the paddle board hadn’t arrived in time so I rang Kites and More and asked them where my board was. They didn’t know and said they would call me back and didn’t. I then called them to cancel the order. They said no problem the order was cancelled and lo and behold the board arrived a day late. I had to ring them again to ask them to pick it up, they said they would then failed to show up blah blah blah. Eventually they collected and I am still waiting for my money back. Not a great experience, poor communication.
