I bought a wet suit dryer from here. There were difficulties with the supply chain leading to a delay but Ian went out of his way to be helpful, source the product and keep me informed

I ordered online and then messaged them afterwards to confirm receipt of payment etc. Ian responded immediately, even though it was a Sunday evening.
He informed me that the were out of stock on the item and the supplier had no more.
Ian promised to source one for me from another business, which he did the next day, and I received my bar the following day . He kept me informed at all times where it was in the process.

I bought a JP wing foil set up. They (I think he's called Ian??) was helpful and did what he said he would do...which frankly is unusual in the kite / wing / marine industry. The board turned up a few days earlier (nice as it's windy today). Very competitive price - actually in this case the cheapest, AND you get personal service.
