After several attempts, Royal Mail successfully delivered my item, which was picked up from the sorting office. The packaging was exceptionally secure, surpassing the original description. I am very satisfied and will definitely place another order.

Easy shopping experience. For a change (compared to some other surplus sites I've used) there was a good explanation of what the sizes actually corresponded to. When the shirt arrived (very quickly), it was exactly as described and actually fit just as expected. A well-deserved five-stars!

Ordered a few times from Kit Goblin. Still selling rarities I can't find on other surplus sites & at good prices. I've shopped around & still the lowest priced online shop for a unused hexi stove & supergrade buffalo smock. They despatch to Royal Mail very fast too.

Fantastic customer service.
I placed my order late evening & my order was dispatched the next day morning & arrived subsequent day. Products were high quality & decently priced (slightly more expensive then the cheapest online seller by a few pounds but better grade condition in my experience so is justified & worth it). Still the cheapest price I've seen for an unused British Army Hexi stove currently. I also performed an exchange with Kit Goblin over email (my preferred method of administering orders) & it proceeded without a hitch (an experience that I have not had with other online surplus stores unfortunately). A very good store with some interesting kit I haven't seen sold elsewhere but some staple lines like Osprey bottles/pouches were out of stock.

Website easy to navigate, slight complication arising from the physical shop being closed for annual leave, so dispatch will be delayed. Item sizes and description were clear.

Never heard of Kit Goblin before but will buy from them again. The item I purchased was the DDR Volks Armee scarf. Unique. Never seen one before. Ideal for a Cold War historian. I strongly recommend you visit the shop.

Ignored messages and saying they will source equipment and never doing it. Very poor avoid! Told to message them specifically though their Facebook for a faster response as well.
