Just recently ordered a couple of custom Velcro patches in different patterns and the team were very accommodating to what I was requesting. The comms were great throughout and everything was hassle free and no need for a chase up! Jayson is very knowledgeable in his field and can always steer you in the right direction if high end equipment is your thing!

The in store customer care & product quality is top notch but unlike some companies, Jayson is quick to respond to Instagram messages with any questions I’ve had. I recently went into KitPest looking for a new bergen , i found the most perfect bergen for me, super well made , spacious and had everything i was looking for . I also have to mention the staff – he was super accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I chose the right bergen for my needs, and clearly knows his products inside out. The customer service was just as impressive as the kit itself.

Amazing experience with kit pest I have now been a few times and without a doubt all of my experiences going here have been outstanding, the owner has outstanding knowledge when it comes to kit, every time I've had trouble on what kit to buy for every specific reason he is there showing me the best types of kit I'll need, hand on heart will always be the best store to go to if you have any trouble on what kit to buy 🤙

Had some trouble with some kit and the owner had no hesitation, contacted me straight away and talked me through what I needed to sort out the problem and posted next day.

Had been wanting to pay a visit for a while finally got the chance to go in and get my hands on some kit I’d wanted since seeing it on their instagram. Not only was the knowledge there but instead of upselling to death this bloke knows what he has in store and how to get the best out of it for you. A great experience and can’t wait for my next visit.

Initially sent a message to get abit more info on kit. Received a phone call detailing specific kit, not upselling, just what was needed for my requirements. They in fact pointed me towards cheaper products as they were more suitable for my needs. Took me a few weeks to decide and when I was ready to buy they sorted me with an envelope as a Thankyou. Highly recommend, easy process and extremely helpful, with a wealth of knowledge.

Went in looking to talk about bergen recommendations and as soon as I walked in Jay was more than happy to answer all questions I had. His experience and knowledge is half of what your getting there the other half is amazing quality kit. I would highly recommend if you are unsure or looking for some new kit.

Popped into the shop to see Jay with a mate of mine who was picking up some new ally belt kit. Even tho Jay knew I was not there to make a purchase, the service and hospitality I received was second to none.
What a font of knowledge he provides, happy to answer any questions with (most importantly) no bias what so ever. Brutally honest and up front. If he wouldn't use it or be comfortable with someone deploying on operations with it, Jay won't stock it.
Truly a man of his word, hard to find these days.
