Ordered and paid for an item on the Kit Radar website over 6 weeks ago. As of today (9/7/24) no shipment, no communication and no response to several emails. Even an attempt to communicate with the Co-Founder via Linkedin yielded nothing. Can only conclude the business has folded (but site still live and taking money) or this is a deliberate scam.
Ordered small item (pedal extenders), Kit Radar had the best price I could find on the internet, delivery charge was very reasonable (£1.99), easy ordering process, received 24 hours after placing order. What's not to like? Excellent!
