The website is an absolute scam, save your money and buy elsewhere. The item I received was nowhere near what was advertised and was not even the right color

The pictures are nothing like you get. The material is super scratchy and is not like pictured. Super thin and the men's pants are horrible. Do not order from this company. There is no way of getting a return. I tried to log in to my account. Says my account does not exist. NO phone number. $125 down the drain.

Do NOT waste your money on these liars and scammers. Ordered a sweater and received a cheap printed hoodie.

Total scam, printed polycotton mix not even a large 5xl not knitted. Crap.

Then, they will not return your emails.They will not cancel orders.They will not allow you to post on their pages. This will probably be delayed before anyone else reads it. If you do order, use your credit card so you can dispute it. And keep lots of pictures.

BUYER BEWARE - Absolute scam. As many have stated, the website images are likely AI. What you receive is nothing like what was advertised. Flimsy fabric, screen printed in some vague representation of the website image. The sizing tells the story as well. I'm average size, so I ordered a large hoodie for comfort. What I received was little more than a fitted T-shirt with a zipper and arms way too short - completely useless. Once they get your money, your emails for a refund or return go into the internet blackhole.

This whole site seems to be a scam. The photos show knitted garments that look high quality. What arrives is cheap fabric with a poor print that looks vaguely like the pattern that was supposed to be knitted. The website implies that this company is based in Iceland and was founded by Women who knit Icelandic sweaters. Goods actually come from China. This is fraud. They are deplorable quality artificial fibre of the poorest kind and nowhere near worth the prices charged even with discount. AND beware the returns policy, which does not pay for the return.

Chinese crap scam, not a nordic cooperation, never ever buy from them. This website should be taken down.

The company claims to be from Iceland but I believe they are actually from China as my items were shipped from there, based on the shipment tracking.

Like everyone else, my ordered shirts turned out to be cheap polyesters with the patterns printed on them, instead of being hand-sewn. Looks to be of poor quality.

I ordered 3 x beautifully KNITTED Viking hoody-jerseys from them. What arrived were 3 x image printed on fabric hoodies, not a bit of knitting in sight - and at least two sizes too small. I emailed them giving them the option of a refund or speedy replacement with the correct products, stated that they have 24 hours to get back to me. 48 hours and counting later there has been no word from them. Yet their false ad is still on Facebook.

They are first rate rip off merchants and the whole thing is a scam. they are cheap printed nylon crap that you wouldn't give to your worst enemy let alone were yourself. They should burn @*&*holes like this at the stake as a lesson to all the other thieving con merchants out there.

So angry. No return, no response and no refund for sure!
They just barefaced take your money and send you the craps!
Government should find the way to ban this kind of crime.

This site is a SCAM, PLEASE trust this words. The items on the site is NOT what they will be sending you. They are NOT knitted, the item will came on polyester fabric with the image on it. Please be aware of the low prices. Yes your mind will make you believe the prices are a deal/ steal, but they will steal your money.

Then send email delaying the return policy. If you still want to buy from them that's your choice. But I will use a credit card that way you can call your credit card people and get your money back faster than using your.

⚠️ Warning – Not a trustworthy clothing site!

I ordered clothing online from Kittwst, but the quality is nothing like what is shown on their website. The materials look cheap, and the sizes are much smaller than standard European sizes — the XL I ordered fits more like a Medium.

When the items arrived, I discovered that returns are not free. You can only send them back at your own cost, which is unacceptable for an online store. Instead of offering a proper refund or exchange, they proposed that I keep the items and get a 20% voucher for a future order — clearly a tactic to avoid returns.

This is not how a reliable online shop should operate. When something doesn’t fit or match the description, you should be able to return or exchange it easily.

I strongly advise others to avoid Kittwst. The sizing, quality, and sales practices are misleading and not consumer-friendly.

They're imposters!!! I ordered two sweaters made from thick wool & they send me two jackets nade from synthetic fabric with printed photo of what I ordered them!!! After several emails to them, they proposed to refun 40% of the amount that I send them & keep the clothes or send the clothes back to them with my expenses & after they check them to refun me the amount excluded the original transportation cost!! Unbelievable!!! Don't buy nothing!!!

Don't buy from them! It's a scam. The products are misleading compared to the pictures and descriptions displayed. This is nonsense. A real mistake. $250 wasted! This company should be sued. These are cheap products. I don't have enough words to describe the disappointment of what I received versus what is offered on their site.

If I could give it a lower star than one I would. Garments are not as advertised, just poorly screen prints on rubbish material, not knitted as advertised and showing in their pictures.
