Lovely collars at a good price and excellent service
As an over-anxious cat owner I contacted customer service with my query and was impressed to receive a response on a Sunday. Collars arrived promptly and I am happy with how soft and light they are for a first time wearer who is ex feral. He barely noticed it and I was delighted.

Thank you so much Marla. They arrived today and I love them. Billy didn’t like it for a few seconds and then was fine after a reassuring cuddle. Milo and Tommy - no reaction at all. My biggest worry was them being uncomfortable. They are indoor cats and have not worn anything before. These collars were perfect. A simple collar with the necessary info on it, no dangly bits, no bells. And I was allowed enough letters to put what I wanted on the collar. Tho I had the feeling if I wanted to say more, you would have been flexible, even if there was a charge for the extra. I enjoyed ordering them and enjoyed receiving them even more. Thank you.

Fantastic company
What a fantastic, clear, professional service. Highly commend Marla and highly recommend the company. From first contact, Marla was patient and kept communicating until I got the right collar with the right size and the right information. The collar arrived within 24 hours of my final communication. Wish all companies were as efficient and friendly.

The best cat collars
I have been a customer for almost 17 years. The collars are the best I have ever found. Incredibly safe, very soft and well printed. My youngest cat also wears a cat tracker and that fits well on the collar.

Bad customer service.
Bought a collar for my kitten, after 4 days the writing is already illegible because he scratched his neck a bit. Quality is on par with cheaper competitors. To add to that there was a real let down in customer service, they were rude and blamed my kitten for scratching it “excessively” when he hadn’t, he scratched it a bit when it was first put on but got used to it but already the quality of the collar was apparent when lettering had become illegible. They’ve offered a refund but at the cost of me having to pay for postage to return it despite the product not being fit for purpose after only a few days of wear. They took my constructive criticism incredibly personally and instead of attempting to rectify the problem they were rude and solely blamed it on my kitten.
