The spout was easy to assemble and the cat took to drinking from it very quickly, however the filters don’t last long and you only get two from your first purchase. (approx 4 weeks for of filters)
Tracking of the item wasn’t clear and delivery did take about 2-3 weeks. So far it’s great and it’s nice the cat has good drinking water now.

The product works well. The problem I have is there are so many parts to it that it can take up to 30 minutes or more to clean it. If the product can be designed so the cleaning process is easier would make this review 5 stars.

My kitties and dog really love the kitty spout to drink from. They are clearly drinking more water.

Cleaning is so easy, my cat thrive on the the way she gets her H20. Loves the continue flow from the spout. Well pleased not only w product but quick response when I ask a question. 😊👏👏👏

Are difficult to get and stay clean. Otherwise. My cats drink from it several times a day and that makes me happy that they are hydrated

The KittySpout fountain is by far the best fountain we've used in our home. The stainless steel construction makes cleaning easier and the option of going wireless makes this fountain completely mobile and pet friendly for those cats who like chewing on the cord. Our cats love drinking moving water so this keeps them happy and healthy.

When I heard nothing about my shipment, I checked and the information had nothing about delivery. The next day it popped up on my porch. A little more notice would have been nice instead of me having to check.

My cats love the Kitty Spout water machine, I love that they are drinking more H2O and the ease of keeping the water clean by replacing the filters regularly. The only drawback is that ordering the replacement filters and receiving them takes forever!!!

Hello and thank you for the best purchase I have made for my Phillip this year maybe ever. I had no idea my poor baby was so thirsty until he got his kitty spout. He was so exci,he xra k so much wathe was so full he collapsed and I swear he was smiling. This is an amazing product. I love e it and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Cat went right to it and started drinking!!

1 have 4 cats the love to drink from the faucets. They all like it more of a drip vs full on. Wish you made a version with a dial to control the output.

Hi yes I bought Kitty spout Cat fountain iat end of July this year Says 365 day guarantee I got in contact last week and I said the motor pump not working I did all the advice given to try and make it work even sent a photo .I didn't get a reply from the so called team to review my request for a new pump .Worse still at 1am I received a email saying I had ordered spare filters a months supply for total of ,,,,,£26 pounds and only have 3 hours time slot to cancel I did not order at all and really an enormous amount of money for a months supply .I then emailed them that I did not order and why would I if the pump needs replacing .The fountain was not cheap it cost me nearly £40 They haven't a tel number it's address is in Toronto Canada ..Everything done by email they must have a warehouse over here as ordered things come very quickly .I think and told them I will go to my bank and claim money back if they don't give me a refund on what I never ordered and I need a replacement pump .!! I see Amazon sell new replacement pumps from £10 to £12 pounds and Kitty spout want £19.00 plus

Our four cats adapted to Kitty Spout and they love it! It took our new kitten just a few days to use Kitty Spout! I love cleaning it and seeing all the cat hair it collects in the filters! So easy to clean and set back up! We love our Kitty Spout and will never go back to a pan of old water! Thank you!

Took quite a while to get here.
Website needs to be a bit clearer as I thought I was buying the wireless one but I am very happy with the product and all 3 of my cats love it and are drinking a lot more.

The cats love the fresh water.I have noticed they are drinking more. Their former water bowl always got contaminated with litter.

My cats love the running water. It took them a day or so to get use to it. I had to put my finger in it to show them it was okay. The smaller cat went to it almost instantly. Now when I clean it, they both are around waiting for me to put the bowl down. I find I need to clean the bowl after a week due to slim and if I wait a few days after that it builds up black slim or mold, so I clean it every week. I change the filter once every 3 weeks to 4 but I clean them every week in between replacing them. The bowl easily breaks down for cleaning. It did take over a month to get supplies and the bowl. So I put my filters on a 2 month renewal plan. Hopefully I’ll get them every 2 months not every 2 months and then I have to wait a month. We shall see.

The cat drinks from both devices daily.

It is much easier to add water than previous fountains.
