We have 2 cat and 2 dogs. I set it up, took each cat to introduce them individually to the fountain. Both started drinking straight away. The dogs are not interested. It's really quiet. Very happy so far.

They took to it quick they drinking more water and it feels refreshing cold that's nice and plus I like the water indicator and the light that really helps

I like the product, it's quiet and easy to clean. Online staff are responsive and try to be very helpful. In spite of all this, and tips from staff, my cat still won't use the fountain. So if your cat is a little spooky and it big on change, you could have the same issue.

My cat George watch me put the kitty spout together and in a split second he started using it as soon as it started!

Love the fountain. Hate that its so hard to get replacement filters. It takes over a month after ordering till they are shipped and then it takes several weeks after they are shipped to receive them. I feel bad for my cat that we are waiting so long. I wish order fulfillment didn't take so long and also wish the shipping speed was quicker as well.

Neither of my 2 cats touch it nor does my dog. The water just sits there day after day running and... nothing. Basically I bought myself a small water fountain that is nothing more than a floor decoration. The product is fine, it does what it's supposed to do, aside from enticing my pets to use it, my pets want NOTHING to do with it. Oh, and I've had it for almost a week, nothing! I keep it plugged in and going hoping maybe one of my fur babies use it, but it doesn't help that they truly don't even acknowledge it.

Good product. Have 2 mini and 2 large. Seems to keep air clean by way of looking at the spent filter.

Sometimes buttons are to sensitive or har to push for System to react.

Delivery is perfect for the 4 I have.

What can I say about this company other than they are shady. While I do like the fountain and my cats are enjoying it as well....I had an issue from the start with the battery not staying charged. I reached out and each email response was the same. Telling me to use a different charger than the one that was provided, make sure it is fully charged (which I had been doing already), send videos of this or that...what have you. Luckily it seems to have corrected itself somehow so that's cool. But then I get a charge on my affirm card which comes directly out of my bank account for a product and subscription I never agreed to. And I know for a fact I did not because I had already made other plans for this specific product. I reached out regarding this matter and while the order and subscription were canceled, I was offered not any explanation for how it happened in the first place. I understand that websites rope you into subscriptions in all their sneaky ways because it has happened before, but I promise you I did not agree to or opt into a subscription for monthly filter replacements. I know this because I did my research before I even ordered the fountain in the first place. So I would like to know how this happened.

I tried to return my order as I had waited many weeks and bought another 1, and was unable to do so ,even tho you sent me links that didn't work .
Every email was ai...same genetic responses made to look compassionate and understanding my request.
I would give zero stars if that was a choice.

Our pump quit and I can’t find how to replace it on your website. Otherwise the cats love it.

I have sent two emails explaining my disappointment about having taken out of my account for filters and why would I want them when I can't even get my cat near it

Great fountain cats love it. I just don't like that you automatically withdrawal 34.99 out of my checking account when you think I need filters. I would like to cancel that and order when I need them... other than that best fountain out there.

Fast service cat loves the battery water spout

Really nice water fountain, and very easy to set up. My cat is very curious, but hasn't used it just yet. She is a little afraid of it. Make sure you always leave a regular water bowl out until you know your cat is drinking out of it. Took quite awhile to receive it , but worth the wait.

I just got my kitty spout. I have two cats and both accepted it right away. It is quiet like as advertised. My only problem would be that I also order a three month pack of water filters. I did not get those when the kitty spout arrived. If they are supposed to be a different order, I would have liked more communication.

My cats are much healthier with the Kittyspout. Need to change every 2 to 3 weeks filters, clean.
The only issue is why it takes so long to get new filters?

It is nice to have the products arrive safely...and a good reminder to clean and change out the filters
