I ordered and received my Kitty Spout water fountain in very quick order. I like the product and my cats have taken to it in very short order.
HOWEVER, one day after receivin my product I get a notice of a new charge on my card, setting me up with a monthly prescription for filters and other items. I did NOT order these items and I have looked over their add where I ordered it and I can not see anywhere on the site that I automatically sign up for a monthly subscription when purchasing one of their products. this is a growing trend with many online companies, forcing you to hunt through their websites for some tiny microscopic print, to cancel a subscription, only after they've stuck you with at least one extra charge before you find it. Should be illegal. Why can't you put it in the same print/font, on the front page of your add.?? Give customers the option when they order.

My cat loves his kitty spout. He drinks more often and the fountain really helps motivate him to drink more water.

It took a little while at first but now both cats love it. Such a good idea! x

We found it pretty easy to set up. All 4 cats love the new toy, absolute winner.

In terms of Kitty Spout, Obviously Baz was resistant at first but became curious as I left it off to start with on day 1, whilst keeping the other water bowls on display so not to make any shock changes and help them adjust slowly.

Day 2, I tested the sensor mode for a few hours to see the reaction I would get. They seem to get close but wary and curious, not as much interaction so far.

Day 3, I left sensor mode on. Baz is now actively drinking from Kitty Spout and using the other water bowls. The other cats are still shy and not adapted to the change yet. The change from still water to flowing water is not immediate but change begins to show. Let yout cats get used to it in one place, don't change its location too much.

Early days for now but good progress so far 😽👍

Delivery 10/10 Nothing damaged, All parts accounted for.

Product 10/10 Easy to set up, the instructions are easy to follow, just make sure to give spout and 2 lids a wash with clean water to remove any carbon from transportation.

Quick tutorial:
1. Fill with clean water to the max level 2. Add your plastic lid
3. Place filter, followed by the cotton pad on top.
4. Fit metal lid on top.
5. (Make sure to charge beforehand) Place the water pump into slot and click in place.

I first thought I had a defective one because I couldn’t get the water to come out. I went to utube and found more detailed instructions and found I needed to press the start button and then press and hold and it started immediately.
Now I just need to get my older cat interested and my 1 1/2 year old to stop playing in the water.

Love the product but Shipping takes too long to receive.

I feel better knowing they have fresh water.

Needed still. A weighted base for large cats ...ikne tipped it over then flipped the lid off. I no longer use it.
Making it larger heavy before water is added and with a secure lip on lid trough and I would use and treasure it.
I have requested replacement filters be discontinued several times. You kerp sendinv ghdm and charging me anyway.
This is not a fair business practice.

The product is perfect, very quiet and compact. My cat, however, is a little leery of it, but, he's coming around.

Detailed instructions offered on how to remedy the problem that worked to get the water flowing again! Simple!

I just don’t like how expensive the filters r my cat would never drink out of a fountain till this one and it’s crazy that the filters will cost $40-50 every 4 weeks

Shipping from China was very slow. Tracking was inaccurate.
Item was in a box inside a plastic shipping bag. The bowl was dented. The filters and fountain pieces were loose in the bag, because the product box was so damaged.
The fountain is just a fountain, like many others I’ve purchased. It’s larger than I expected. The bowl is not substantial. The pump is working.
Not worth the price. Not even close.

All goood. Easy to set up, nice and quiet and the kitties drink from it with no problem. Many thanks!20

I’ve tried several cat fountains and this is the best by FAR. It’s SO easy to clean, and my four cats are all crazy about it!

My cats were scared of the fountain at first, but after a week, it’s their favorite. They’re drinking more and that’s good for them. We’ve had it for over a month now, and really appreciate the quality and how easy it is to keep clean.

but about the renewal of the filter, I have 10 weeks ahead of stock... I think the renewal is sent a bit to often (early). Managing 6 weeks would be great.
