So far my 16 year old ragdoll has eased off on his water intake and seems to have a little more energy even in the hot weather. He didn't notice the powder in his food at all and he is usually very picky about what he eats down to the brand and flavor of what he chooses. Delivery was quite slow but I was emailed an explanation that I understood.

To be honest, I was skeptical when I first ordered your Taurine powder. My cat had been struggling with several issues, including nausea, vomiting, skin irritation, and hair loss. Her coat had lost its softness and shine, becoming rough and unhealthy-looking.

I started giving her one scoop daily mixed into her wet food. To my amazement, within just two weeks I began to see remarkable changes. Her coat became thicker, softer, smoother, and beautifully shiny again. The vomiting decreased significantly, and she seemed much more comfortable and content.

The improvement has been truly impressive, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you for creating such a high-quality product. I will gladly recommend it to other cat owners and will continue using it for my beloved cat.

Delivery was a tad slow, but other than that it's been great. My eight year old cats have been playing twice as much and don't seem to have any "off" days. No nausea, and their coats seem shinier.

My old cat's joint are so much better. He can walk around without limping now. Great product. Shipping fast.

Great product, took a while to get here and I must have missed the email with the time estimate. Thought it must have been a scam. Eventually it arrived. Arrival expectation would be nice.

It would be a 5 if someone would get back with me. The product works amazingly well, but I have been trying to cancel this subscription order. It was not supposed to be monthly. I only needed one jar at a time. This is sending me 3 a month. My kitties are good w what I have for Atleast a year if not more. Someone please reach out to me!! I can’t go into the site to cancel. It says it’s invalid. I need help

Sketchy company. Will not be ordering again. Their online tracker is absolutely useless. Had I know it was being shipped from over seas, I never would have ordered. They REFUSED to give me the USPS tracking number. Packaged arrived without any kind of labelling from them. It had been relabelled 2 times, and came from a 'dallas' in NJ. Stay away from this company. They are not transparent, and screams scam.

A supplement that actually works. Noticeable general improvement in cat health and activity, especially our seniors.

It’s important to read this entire review because it’s 5 start but with a catch. When you order you can expect a 5-6 week delay in delivery so if you start a monthly subscription you will be charged for a new order before receiving your original product. HOWEVER. The taurine supplement helped clear up my two year old male cats chronic conjunctivitis. We’ve had extensive bloodwork and vet care and the taurine (added with a l-lysine from another company) has been the only thing that cleared his eyes up completely.

The customer service is really great! Answered my questions and are quite on the ball when I email them with a question. Delivery service is good considering Kitty Sups is made in Australia. My kitty has no issue with the product, eats it readily after I sprinkle on her food. I have been giving her Kitty Supps for about 2 months. I notice that her barfing up her food is slowed down, still occasionally hacking up a hair ball. LOL

My taurine order arrived within a reasonable time - I believe about 5-7 business days. I started by letting my older cat see and smell what it was I was using.
One small level scoop per day, and my cat's runny eye cleared up after a few days, as did her crusty eye. My cats appetite has improved, and her energy is better. She is very vocal of late, and looks forward to her food. It's definitely been a transformation in just a few weeks.

Lacey seems to be getting more alert and playful. She dosen't seem to mind me putting it in her food as she continues to eat as normal. Maybe a bit to soon to determine long term effects but we will see what happens in a month or so.

I have worked with Anna and several others via Customer Service to help resolve problems with orders, and always receive spectacular service and outstanding resolutions. My furbaby has been doing so very well on the Taurine product - coat, eyes, energy, overall health - I am amazed how well she is doing. Please continue putting out your quality products!!

When the first jar arrived, it was orange! All previous taurine I purchased had been white. The next shipment the taurine is beige. Plus now it has a noticeable scent. Has the formula changed?
