KivaHealth.com is a Scam – No Products Shipped, No Response at All


I placed an order on KivaHealth.com on May 18, 2025, and was charged $189 USD immediately via my credit card.

It has now been over a month, and my order has not been shipped. I have not received any tracking number or shipping confirmation.

I’ve tried contacting their customer service multiple times via email and phone, but there has been no response whatsoever.

There is absolutely no customer support, and the company is completely unresponsive.

I strongly advise others not to purchase anything from this website. Whether you're in the US or abroad, avoid this site.

I am currently filing a chargeback request with my bank to recover my money, as it seems this site is either grossly negligent or intentionally fraudulent.
