I sent them my application fee and have never heard back. The phone is non existent goes to a voicemail. I have been leaving messages and emails for 2weeks. And have heard nothing, nothing. I have no idea how to reach them. They are a bogus realty company. I believe the reviews on here were paid for or they are from employees
I had a great experience with everyone from Kiva Living, Jose, Pedro and Clyde were all accommodating beyond expectation, I can't thank them enough. They're low stress, low hassle, great with communication, budget friendly, extremely flexible and honestly just seem like good people. I would definitely work with Kiva again, I've already started recommending them to people I meet looking to rent a house or room in the Philly area.
My most memorable experience at KIVA living was when I needed to find a place, and had 2 weeks left to be out in the street.
As I found them in Google, they quickly walked me thru the process step by step making it even easier for me. Also, I learned as I became a tenant 2 years after my original move date, can you believe I called for maintenance with a problem. I was surprised that they responded as if it mattered to them, & made necessary repairs as needed to complete the job. Kiva did not make me feel purposely ignored. They are kind, and recognize their tenants needs, and assists to get things taken care of in a timely matter. I appreciate the smallest things. Especially when you get treated the contrary of what you are so used to, it’s hard to ignore the fact that there are others who really listen to others needs.
KIVA living cares about their tenants, and i’m truly fortunate to be one who lives in a co living community. Thank you for helping me get back up on my feet when I needed you, you gave me the opportunity to walk towards the other side of that door with my own set of keys to move in after a smooth process.
