Klarity is a SCAM

Klarity is a SCAM! I was offering mental health services as a PMHNP and was working with Klarity to help potential clients find mental health services. Klarity charged me $80 for every partial "inquiry" without actually connecting me with patients. Out of 12 clients who scheduled, only 4 completed basic information and showed for their first appointment. The rest who scheduled were unreachable and had incomplete profiles, such as no State of residence or no last name. When reaching out to Klarity Support they would reply that they have the right to charge for all patient appointments made even those without last names, and who weren't located in States I was advertising as being licensed in. They will steal from you and claim its their right to do so while not actually helping REAL patients find you! Additionally, YOU will still have to pay for no-shows and late cancellations, their claimed advertising against their competitors is false! Do not work with them unless you want to give them money for services NOT rendered!

(Provider Review) Klarity is a scam!

Klarity controls everything and gives providers little to no control of the provider portal, what can be done with our schedule. Tried it for a month and only one of fifteen referrals had actually gone through with the appointment. Each visit, regardless of appointment status is $80. Promises from the website for Pay-Per-Appointment and charge a no show fee are all wishful thinking. No show charges can only be done to patients that added a card on their profile, but is not even required. Kiwi Health only cares about money. Would never try this again or recommend to any other providers looking into it. Would give zero stars if possible.

They charge you $80 for any visit that seems fake even 15 minutes prior to the visit that I Santana ready and I was on highway driving and their system doesn’t work with cellphone ! You must login through laptop !

So I asked for refunds of 2 $80 booked visit and they told me it is unreasonable and only refunded me one $40 !!!

So I lost $80 and I emailed them many times but they don’t care

Kiwi Health review

So far, this is my third month subscribing to Kiwi Health, and none of the prospects seem real. They have all led to dead ends. If I could give them a 0 star, I would. I highly do not recommend them.

Not helpful at all

Not helpful at all. Hard to get ahold of anyone for support or questions. Many of the "channels" (websites) they use to list provider information are obscure.
