I live in Switzerland and have been ordering dresses to be delivered here. They always arrive well packaged, inside a box. They send an email as soon as the order is shipped, and you can track it through the email they send. I highly recommend them — the dresses are of good quality.
It’s the second time I perched a dress. And it didn’t let me down. They are amazing dresses. I recommend ❤️
Sizes are very small and return experience is not great! We pay to get the dresses delivered to us and then we have to pay to return them which is expensive.
After 13 days from placing my order – with both order confirmation and even a shipping confirmation – I suddenly received an email cancelling everything, just a few days before a wedding I needed the product for. I asked for compensation for the inconvenience, but never received any reply. Completely unreliable service: a terrible experience that caused me serious difficulties.

I placed an order at the end of June 22/06 ORDER REF #20578 , I sent messages on Instagram, tiktok and multiple emails to the email address in their site to ask where my order was since the delivery time is up to 30 days, So it should come at least by the end of next week. Since 22/06, I have no communication from them. They never replied to any of the messages or emails I sent through their various portal. The order was for my sister's wedding in two weeks' time and now I have to buy another dress. Besides, I paid 20 euros for shipping fees.
They are putting all kind of images on tiktok, fakebook and Instagram every hour. But never replies to your messages. The most humiliating part is, if you go to their website they have put a lengthy explanation about the scammers and whom we should report to.
ABSOLUTE SCAMMER. I do not recommend buying from them. Poor customer service and the WORST ONLINE SHOPIING ever. If you want to waste your money and piss off, THEN ORDER FROM THEM.
