Regular on-site visits A business with 10+ users will receive an on-site visit from us for a full day each month. We have had a positive experience…

We have had a positive experience working with Kixo over the years and have found them to be a reliable and professional IT company. Their whole team is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help when we have any IT issues or queries.

We have found their service to be responsive and efficient. Communication is generally very good, and it is reassuring to have a team we can rely on when we need assistance.

Overall, we would be happy to recommend Kixo to other businesses looking for a professional and dependable IT support provider.

Excellent Service!

We have been extremely impressed with the service and support we have received. We have worked with Kixo for many, many years! The team are professional, knowledgeable and always on hand when we need them. They take the time to understand our business and explain things clearly, rather than using complicated technical jargon.

Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and it gives us great peace of mind knowing that our IT systems are being looked after by people we can trust.

Fantastic service and great value for money

A local East Midlands company that has provided us with excellent service. We are a church with quite a small network, but the size didn't put Kixo off from contracting to us. Support even extended to a Sunday morning when, just before the start of our service, we had a PC failure. Kixo resolved it within 5 minutes of us calling them. That's what I call great service.

Kixo a brilliant IT support organisation

Kixo has supported my business for the last 4 years and I also worked with them previously for many years whilst employed by another organisation. The customer support is probably the best I've encountered across almost any industry - not being massively tech savvy, I'm often seeking guidance and support and this is instantly forth coming even for simple things. The technicians/engineers can be reached 24/7 and they always happy to help. I would highly recommend this organisation if you need IT support.
