I had a great experience. The dress is gorgeous and very good quality. Shipping is very fast as well. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend.

I strongly not recommend to buy anything from them. Very bad quality, rust jewellery on dress and I think it's impossible to get refund from them. From 1 month I'm struggling to get my money back.

I followed their return instructions exactly, but the package was held in customs because they failed to provide the required paperwork. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, their customer service was appalling - unresponsive, uncooperative, and unwilling to take responsibility for a problem clearly caused on their end. Instead of helping, they repeatedly deflected blame. Based on this experience, I will never order from this company again. Shocking service and really rude customer service.

Even though we agreed both times for returning paid dresses (dont look like on the pictures) they wont accept the package delivery (in working hours), dont want to contact the Postoffice or go pick it up for 12 days before return. Shame on you and your business, I altogether paid five deliveries from Serbia to Turkey and still have dresses I dont want.

I really loved the whole stuff ,they were very friendly, helpful and professional . All the collection is amazing and colorful. A lot of choices for every taste. I came specially for 2 days to istanbul for the dress and i got mine 🥰

I’m extremely disappointed with this store! After placing my order, I had to pay extra customs fees in my country – something that was never mentioned during checkout. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but no one responded. They showed no interest in helping or following up on my order. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of transparency. I will never order from this site again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

They told me I wouldn’t have to pay any taxes or customs fees in my country. But in the end, I had to pay a lot. I even asked them three times before ordering—because I had paid customs fees for non-EU orders before—and they kept assuring me there would be no extra costs. Sadly, that wasn’t true. They only said that to get me to place the order. Don’t order if you are from the EU – there will be high additional taxes and customs fees. When I contacted them after receiving the tax invoice, they acted like they had never said any of that.

Amazing customer service and such good quality amazing priced dresses this website is the only place I will shopping for gowns from today forward and the price is right..

I ordered a dress, they never delivered it, when i asked for a money refund they said that they would help, but have been scamming me for 3 MONTHS. Dont order from them they aren't trustworthy. Every time i ask what happened with getting back my money they ask for my email shortly before their work schedule is over, so they dont actually do anything and have been fooling me for so long.

Worst online experience I’ve ever had!!
The dress I received looked nothing like the picture — neither the size, color, nor material matched!
The worst part is their unfair return policy: they insist on getting the parcel back within 3 business days, and you must cover all international shipping and customs costs, which are more expensive than the dress itself!
I will never buy from them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away!

I ordered a dress for my best friends’s wedding from them! Quick delivery! Nice fabrics and tailoring! The only thing I would recommend is a warehouse in European Union so we can get rid off the customs!

On May 1, 2025, I placed an order for a dress from them.

On May 5, 2025, I contacted the seller via WhatsApp, which they use as a customer service channel for international orders, to inquire whether the dress had been shipped.

They informed me that the item was out of stock. I asked why they were selling a product that was not available. In response, they advised me to choose a different model. However, the alternatives I selected were also unavailable.

On May 6, 2025, I requested a refund. They responded that the refund process could take up to 15 business days and claimed that a refund request had been initiated.

On May 29, 2025, I followed up as I still had not received the refund. They replied offering to issue a voucher for the amount only if I paid an additional 1,000 Turkish Lira. I refused this offer, as I consider it to be fraudulent behavior.

I’m absolutely in love with my dress! The quality, the details, and the fit are simply perfect. You can tell how much love and care has gone into making it. I felt so special wearing it. Thank you for your amazing work – I’ll definitely be back for more!

Terrible experience – sizing way off, lost $250!
I should’ve trusted the bad reviews. I usually wear between size S and M, so I contacted the store before ordering. They assured me that M would fit – but when the dress arrived, it was at least two sizes too small. I would’ve needed an XL just to get something that fits properly, which makes no sense at all.

On top of that, I wasted $250 including customs tax, and now I’m stuck with the dress. If I want to return it, I have to pay for the return myself. And after reading so many comments saying people never got their refunds, I decided it’s not worth the risk.

Totally disappointed. The sizing is wrong, the advice is useless, and customer service clearly doesn’t care. I’ll never order from this store again – and I don’t recommend anyone else does either

Horrible company, DO NOT ORDER!

The dress I wanted was in stock, I confirmed and would be delivered in 2-6 days. However, later they said they don't have that colour and needs to be produced. After a while I recieved a dress, which is NOT the colour I ordered. After contacting them, they say the colour tones may differ in different lightning but that is a lie! I see a clear difference and they just sent me another colour. They won't solve it. Horrible cpmpany and not professional at all! Lost my money basically.

They got my money and didn’t send anything at all. Liars and scammers. Proposing all people who was fulled by this scammer to wrote collective letter to the court. Let them return all our money !!! And moral compensation
