I ordered a dress from Kitafetsepeti on Aug/25/2024,I got this on Aug//29/2024 (5 days)in Canada, this dress is it like in picture,missing one pin at the decorative flower,no big deal,I can put one by miself, don’t understand bad reviews,I was so scared because of these, communication with the staff was amazing,the quality of dress as well.

I ordered a dress but it was too small. I contacted the company for information about a return. The person gave me an address to send the dress back too. I did exactly what they asked. After 1 month the dress was still not delivered so I traced the package it said that nobody was there to collect it so it is coming back to me. I contacted them again with this matter but they kept saying that there is nothing they can do until they receive the package. Like they were not listening to what I was saying, the package was coming back!! How is it that there is nobody to collect a return for company that sells worldwide???!!!
The dress was €280 I payed 80 € Taxes and €50 to retrun it only to come back to me. This simpel dress cost me over €400!!! This is the last time I will be buying from this company this is how they get money from there costumers. I contacted them again on 23/8 and they kept saying I did something wrong. The service is 0/0!!! Only buy if you are sure you want to keep it otherwise don't trust that you will get your money back when you refund something!!

to reply on you feedback, why would I send a package as if I was selling something. It makes no sense it was shipped normally! I came to your door I can track everything from that package. NO EXCUSES!!!

No money after 4 months. As they blocked me on my number, I had to reach them through my friends numbers, but they continue blocking. THIS IS JUST A FRAUD done in the same way. You pay, they say they are out of stock, and then they never reply, and block you. Positive comments they get is probably fake people. If you read 50% of people gave them 0, and they all have same story. SCAM - STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a dress, but after several days, it still hadn’t been shipped. When I contacted the company, I was informed the next day that the dress was out of stock, despite it being available at the time of my purchase. They offered me the option to choose another color or receive a coupon. I requested a refund, and they stated it would be processed within 15 business days, which seemed excessively long, but I waited.

On the 15th business day, the refund had not been issued, so I reached out again. They assured me I would receive it the next day, but I suspected they were not being truthful. As expected, nothing arrived the following day, and now they have stopped responding to my messages. This behavior is utterly unacceptable. If you are reading this, be aware that I will take legal action to recover my money.

More than 2 months waiting for my refund and no one is answering me. They are unprofessional and scammers.

STILL NOT REFUNDED AFTER 3 MONTHS

In May, I ordered two dresses worth around 400€ which I returned to get a refund. It has been 3 months that I have been waiting for a refund and you keep giving me the runaround! This is unacceptable! The package is waiting for you at UPS TURKEY and you REFUSE to collect it !

I have been in contact with customer service for 3 months now to get this refund, and nothing has been done! They are giving me the runaround and not refunding me.

This is utterly ridiculous and completely unacceptable! The customer service team has been nothing but unhelpful and dismissive. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this issue, they have shown a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. It is outrageous that a company of this size and reputation would treat its customers with such disregard.

Where is my money???

I bought a €277 dress which arrived pretty fast, looked nothing like the picture and not worth the money. Beige fabric instead of bright white, see through cheap fabrics, with iron marks and defects. I took them a week to reply to my messages (they were talking to me in 5 different languages), they ended up sending me a return label with declared value of the item at around €20. I prayed for the best. Sent the dress back on the 14th of June (now 15th of July) through UPS, and they have not responded or sent my money back. If this is how you are still existing, by scamming people and customs, with cheap fabrics and not replying to your customers, I don’t believe you’ll be in business for long. I am sorry but €277 are not easy to earn.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
I’ve ordered a dress and the material and style looked great on their website. I’ve received my order in two weeks and the bead on the dress was glued with hot glue falling apart, the material was very cheap and the sizes are not accurate.
I’ve paid for the package to return it back and it’s been 8 months and I still haven’t received my refund..AVOID BUYING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered dress on weekend, and tracked it. They sent it on Monday, and it came to Serbia in Wednesday. Two days, super fast. Although the dress is a half size bigger, but it is still beautiful. Thank you, and I hope to order again. Greetings from Serbia! 😊💝

Don't buy from them online. You pay for the dress, they say they don't have it but you already paid. And then they never return your money.
I am waiting for a refund from May 5. When I contact them about the return, they always say the same thing, they will contact finance.

My order was cancelled due to the war and I was promised to receive the refund on May 8th within 15 business days, two months passed and I still didn’t receive any refund.

I think they should do a better job of setting delivery expectations. My dress took two months to arrive. However, I’m happy with it and will shop from them again.

I purchased a dress last Saturday from Kiyafet Sebti, that was my first time and I was scared because of the bad reviews, but I fell in love with a dress and it was worth to take the risk. I got the dress dilvered last Wednesday, so it took 4 days only to delivered to Canada/Vancouver. It is delivered by UPS with extra charge 24 cad took by ups on the door. The dress is exactly like the picture and true to size. Definitely recommend this website

Don’t ever buy through this website!!!
I have ordered 2 dresses the 6 of May, after I few days I texted them, because I didn’t receive an order confirmation or a tracking number. They informed me that both of the dresses were still in production.
Therefore, I asked them when I could expect to receive the dresses, because I ordered the dresses for a wedding.
They informed me that they have conveyed mine urgency and I could except to receive them as soon as possible.
After 10 days and no confirmation or tracking number, I asked them if the dresses were on the way again, and they informed me that they were still in production.
Therefor I cancelled my order, and asked for my money back.
It is now over a month ago and I haven’t received my money, and they do not reply on my messages on WhatsApp…
I’m so disappointed and sad at the same time. Because I really saved up to buy those dresses.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Keyafetti Sepetti. After placing my order, I was informed that they had a production issue, which caused a delay. When I requested a refund, they asked me to wait for 15 days. Despite patiently waiting for even longer, I received nothing. They kept claiming there was a system problem. This company is unprofessional and seems to be scamming its customers. They deserve zero stars. Avoid at all costs!

I placed on order, and paid with credit card, after I received a WhatsApp message that the dress is not available. I requested for refund but never received.

So I would recommend stay away from them. scam
