Excellent Customer Service
Caty is an absolute perfect example of customer service. She really made the process easy for all of my clients that have used Kjellberg Carpet ones great flooring options. As an real estate agent, I feel very confident to refer them to Caty when it comes to updating their flooring choices. She takes very good care of them. Her design choices are well thought out, and look great! I would recommend Caty, and the team at Kjellberg's to anyone looking to update the look of their larget asset.

Wonderful Caty
Just wanted to drop a note letting you know how much we appreciate all the help from Caty, she really went the extra mile on helping us pick out carpet, flooring and even paint colors. She gave us feed back on our cabinets & counter tops as well. If you ever need assistance on anything on your home from paint, tile, flooring, cabinets to counter tops she really was a blessing. She even went as far as giving her feedback on fixtures and lighting. She truly is a great designer and a real pleasure to work with. She really knows what she's doing.

Carpet
This was the first time I bought carpet from Kjellberg and I will use them again for sure. They where very helpful from the beginning of the sale to the end. Didn't try to up sell me like other stores did and got me a better quality carpet for the money. The installation was perfect and the guys did a great job.

Flooring
We had a great experience with Carpet One for our flooring. Caty was especially helpful finding us a high qualify product but also considered our budget. We highly recommend this company.
