I was hesitant to order from this website, however I am so pleased I did. The quality is amazing and my Garnet and Moisanite ring is stunning, I adore it. I now want to buy all the other colours. I can't wait to choose my next purchase. I definitely recommend Jjkrocks.

Stunning Jewellery with top class service to match!
I have looked at the Katherine James Jewellery website for some years, always with longing!
Having had the opportunity to be able to purchase I bought two glorious rings. One yellow sapphire and diamond and the other a tanzanite and diamond. There were two tanzanite and diamond rings that I couldn't decide between so I emailed to ask for some advice - I was so shocked to receive a phone call from Claire! She said she likes to talk to people, get a feel for them and I can honestly say she was so lovely and I bought the ring she recommended. She was spot on - it is glorious!
This is without doubt a high end shop with top quality products but with staff that genuinely care about what you want.
It can be a little daunting to buy something from a website, especially if you cannot see it in 'real life' but I can honestly say I would not hesitate to buy from Katherine & Claire again.

I decided to take the plunge nearly a year ago to buy a ring from Katherine, and was able to set up a layaway very easily. The lovely Claire set regular updates on the payments and I collected my ring today. The ring is stunning, the service and communication throughout has been exceptional. I was lucky enough to meet Claire today and the passion and dedication that Katherine and Claire both have for company was very clear. I have followed Katherine James Jewellery and her gorgeous and dazzling posts on instagram for some years, and have lusted after so many of her glorious pieces. But as I’m not based in England I was a bit wary of ordering anything I hadn’t seen in person or online. So on a recent visit to the UK I thought I would see if I could have a look at the range when I was there. I contacted Katherine who replied straight away and kindly organised an appointment. I met with her amazing colleague Claire, who was just divine and showed me a selection from their sensational range. I ended up choosing a ring and earrings. Claire organised resizing and the ring was delivered by courier to my hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, the service was exceptional, and the KJJ team are so lovely and polite. It was a memorable part of my trip and I’m so glad I reached out as I wondered if it might not work out. In the end I needn’t have worried about ordering online- all I needed was my ring size! I wouldn’t hesitate to order more as I have complete trust in the team. The quality and service are outstanding and I now have some stunning ‘rocks’! 💎💎💎

I was stressing about the ring coming and Kathryn couldn't have done enough to smooth things over she gave me every viable ulternative possible turned out the ring was delivered earlier and was exactly the right size... Exceptional service, my jewellery arrived very quickly and was packaged so beautifully it was almost a shame to unwrap it! The ring itself is of extremely high quality, the stone is bright and clear and the shank of the ring is heavy and substantial. Having never ordered jewellery online I was a little concerned that I had never physically seen the ring, but I needn’t have worried, it is of far better quality than I could have imagined. I will recommend Katherine James to everyone, and will definitely be buying something else! Like their jewellery this company is a class act.

I have been a big fan of Katherine’s jewellery for years now and have been fortunate enough to buy a beautiful ring a few years ago.

I spend whey too much looking online at the beautiful rings and jewellery. Then the other week I saw the topaz and moissanite ring and clicked on it and couldn’t believe the price. Have to say I am a real snob when it comes to jewellery but when it comes to going out or on holiday you don’t necessarily want to take the more expensive jewellery. So I ordered the ring and thought there may be a wait but it arrived super quick and within days a beautiful box arrived with the receipt and then underneath that was a beautiful pink box (btw these are super handy size to take on holiday/handbag so don’t throw away). This was the first time I’ve seen moissanite before and it didn’t disappoint. It sparkles beautifully and the topaz is equally beautiful. In my excitement I immediately ran to my neighbour to show her and the words were ’omg it is so beautiful and sparkly, that must have cost you a fortune’. And the jewellery snob in me realised that just because it is ALOT cheaper, it doesn’t make it any less beautiful and I literally can’t stop looking at it. I really hope that more of the moissanite jewellery appears in the shop, I might start a new obsession!

Oh and you literally couldn’t ask to deal with nicer people. I recommended Katherine to a friend who later got her engagement ring through her and she loves how unique it is and says the same as me with regards to service.

I have just been matched with a ring that i am over the moon with. I had been looking for a ring to mark the birth of my son and couldnt find the right thing anywhere. Then i found Katherine and Claire. Not only is the ring better in real life than the website (and its gorgeous on the website) but they were they an absolute pleasure to deal with. Claire really invested time and explained where the stones had come from and where it had been made. She made the experience a delight and i already know i will be buying from them again. I saw a ring on the KJJ instagram and fell in love - I had to have it! I used their layaway service which was interest free and gave me 12 months to complete the payments. Today I received my ring and to say it’s more stunning in real life is an understatement. Iv never seen anything so unique and beautiful. It’s a real statement! The best 30th birthday present I could have bought myself. Katherine and Claire were wonderful start to finish and did regular check ins throughout the year while I made payments. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Katherine James on the recommendation of a close friend. Being extremely worried about making such a life changing purchase Katherine and her team made the process smooth, calming and reassuring. I spoke to them on the phone and asked for advice then purchased the ring from their website which arrived in a matter of days. I also had to send the ring back to be resized which they organised for me, a truly fantastic and personalised experience which has played a massive part in mine and my fiancé's lives. I now have the most divine ruby ring on my hand thanks to all at KJJ. It is a delight buying from them. The website is super easy to use, the photographs are detailed and natural and the information on each piece is thorough and accurate. If you need anything at all to help you make a choice nothing is too much trouble.
Delivery is swift, re-sizing expertly done and packaging is suberb. Katherine James Jewellery is now my go to jeweller for exceptional pieces I think.

Superb quality and I managed to bag them in the January sales so beautiful and bargains too!
Customer service was outstanding, professional, efficient and at no time did i feel pressured into making quick payments.
(I purchased one item with an initial deposit up front and then there was the option of lay away payments)

I can’t praise the quality of my pieces enough!
As a tad of a jewellery head myself I knew that a 1.8 carat diamond original French Art Deco ring should have cost thousands… yes thousands more than I managed to bag the beauty for in the sale!
As well as the sublime Boucheron I landed which incidentally still sells in Harrods for more than thrice the price!!!! Unbelievable.
