They are creating new accounts to hide all the negative reviews, if only I had done more research, the internet is full of negative experiences with both of them!

advice, DON'T DO IT, find another rental agent. If you do want to sign with them, READ THE CONTRACT VERY CAREFULLY and question everything. It took me 2 months and I had to hire a lawyer for them to back out of charging me imaginary fees. After 2 months of back and forth they finally agreed that all the stuff they were charging me for was never communicated to us, nor it was in the contract nor it was ever mentioned to us.
When they told me I'd get the apartment they told it would be 1 month deposit, after canceling my current contract so I can sign with them, last minute they changed the contract and made it 2 months deposit.
During checkout the place was 99% clean, one fridge tray and the shower drain had to be cleaned. They ended up charging us for 3h of cleaning but refuse to provide any proof. They charged extra for enough cleaning products that'll last you 1 year and an admin fee (?!?!), basically trying to get you to pay for the checkout.
Their website says “transparency and no-nonsense”, false advertising. Every employee there has a different image of how the process goes, it's a mess and you'll be paying for it. Worst rental agency ever.
