Beware the wrath of kkbags

Beware the wrath of kkbags! They will trample your hopes, dreams and reasonable expectations with incoherent discourse and mind-boggling incompetence. If you enjoy talking in circles and abandoning hope of resolving any minor issue in a reasonable and timely manner, then this is the company for you. In fact, I’m not entirely convinced that this “business” is not a front for some type of CIA psychological experiment.

This is the second time you left bad reviews of KKbags. The reason was you requested cancellation but in fact the package has been shipped, we can't stop it.
As mentioned, if you don't want to receive this package, you can return it and get a refund but not to leave bad reviews here time and time again. Our company has our policy, we respect all customers, we kindly hope customers can respect us and our company as well.

My daughter loves her school bag

My daughter loves her school bag. She chose it based on her interests (artist/musician). She colored the girl to match her own skin tone, lol. Unfortunately, we’ll probably have to get another for the next school year because the straps are under strain with her heavy books.

Got my daughter a bookbag

Got my daughter a bookbag, and she absolutely loves it. It has held up way better than previous one's we have bought before at other stores. She say's it is comfortable, we have never used the charging ports in it so can't say on that. But the quality of the bookbag itself is very nice. Would definitely purchase again.

Bought a backpack for my middle…

Bought a backpack for my middle schooler. It is a great backpack. The zipper did break but we got I fixed that was more then likely due to her carrying all her stuff around instead of being able to use a locker this year due to covid. Her backpack was quite full. But other then that it has been a great backpack!
