Had a crystal lantern not work after 5 months which is past the 90 day warranty but they still replaced it. Not sure how often they do but because they did it, I took the liberty of writing this review. Thank You for the kindness, Klarao

I bought 10 different lights for Christmas from Klarako and had the expeirence of receiving them all in a timely manner. Gifting them to my nieces and nephews who love their interior decor was a great joy to watch. They all adore their new lights!

Customer service gave me a new lamp that arrived in a week because of their 90-day warranty. Their lights are good, and their trust is solid with their warranty. I think this is a good business and I would buy again.

My crystal lanterns stopped working on month 3 and I messaged Klarako about their 90-days warranty. Without hesitation they shipped and replaced my defective lamp. The fact that it didn't work is why this gets 4 stars- but also I was very pleased that they kept up their promise and I actually do adore these lights

I ordered 1 chrystal lantern in july 2023 and i never got it. When i asked after 3 months where my order was they claimed i already picked it up. When i wrote back that i hadnt recieved any notification or picked it up and that i wanted a refund they sent some kind of confirmation that it had been picked up and i wouldnt get a refund. When i again wrote that i hadnt picked it up they stopped responding. It was useless to continue arguing so i let it go. I lost aound 80 dollars. But now i saw their ad again where they advertise buy one get one for free but the price is now around 140 dollars for one so there is no ”free” lantern.
I never thought about checking trustpilot last year but now i did and 45% 1 star reviews where some say the same thing that they didnt get the order but this company claimed it was already delivered. They are obviously a SCAM. Dont lose your money on them!

I bought four of these lanterns for family for Christmas. What junk!!!! They are hardly used and won’t charge, don’t work. The company won’t repair or return our money. DON’T BUY!!!! Junk, junk, junk!!!!

Product has become faulty after 6 months, given it is an electrical product it is covered by electrical item warranty in the UK. They are refusing to replace/refund it. I would avoid at all cost. Their pricing is also all over the place it seems. They call their lamp “crystal refraction” which is misleading, it is acrylic.

I ordered three. Only two functioned. I removed the third one from the box 2 months after purchase and besides not functioning, it wouldn't charge. I got in touch with Klarako, customer service requested a video, I tried to send the video and both it and my repeated written request keeps getting booted back. I am not asking for a refund, but rather a replacement. I give it two stars for the two functioning lanterns. This is not acceptable. Too bad, because I could have given the product a good review.
6/15/24 - Update, I did receive my Klarako replacement and it works very well, of course, as did my other two out of three lanterns did from the beginning. The only prob I had was that it took a LONG time for my complaint to be noticed by Klarako. A soon as a live person looked at my review, the replacement requirements were initiated, complaint was accepted and a new lantern was sent. This is a lovely lantern...let's hope they last!

they took 2 weeks to deliver my product and now refusing to return back even though mentioned i have 7 days of return policy

I ordered the "Minimalist Luminous Elegance Lamp." This is an overprice VERY cheap knockoff. First, I ordered on February 5, 2024 and did not receive it until March 22, 2024 after having to email support on numerous occasions. The lamps shipped directly from China and came in a box that looked like it came from a discount store. It is cheap plastic. My attempt to contact support to get a refund or shipping label has been blocked and returned as "undeliverable." This is an absolute scam.

I ordered my lamps in early February. Not only have they not arrived, but the customer service email gets bounced back with an error message. I'm out a lot of money and am furious. Do NOT do business with this "shady" firm!

Bought a lamp 3 weeks ago and status says delivered however it has not been. Emails to Klarako come back stating undeliverable. Basically nothing after taking my payment. Unsure if it’s a scam.

A modern light brand with all-star customer service. I ordered 4x Klarako crystal Lanterns and realized i had written the wrong delivery address it was too late. The Customer service team got me sorted and redelivered my lamp, free of charge. I have never had this happen to me whereby a brand is so forgiving of my mistakes. Not to mention these lights are beyond fantastic.

The Reno Floor Lamp is absolutely fantastic! The color option are endless, which opens up so many possibilities. My only tiny gripe is that there weren't any instruction for the buttons- the on /off button looked like a logo to me at first. But a quick email sorted everything out, and the response was immediate. Thank you so much! i'll definitely be placing another order soon.

The best lights for your home.. I've bought the Wabi Sabi light, the Magpie light, 4x Crystal Lanterns and 2x Luminious Elegance lamps. All within a space of 2 years. Klarko has grown into one of my favorite brands to shop with online. But this time it was delivered little late and the Luminious Elegance lamp was little bend.

I’ve just received my order and I have to say that I’m incredibly disappointed. I purchased the lamp as a birthday present for my mother, and now it’s too late to get anything else. The packaging doesn’t match what they advertise, it’s in a beaten up non-branded box that looks like it’s from a discount store. And the lamp itself, which is described as glass on their site, is some kind of plastic! I thought I was purchasing a premium product, but it seems to be a cheap drop-shipped item from China.

Picked up three lamps, but one arrived a bit banged up. Short an email over to customer service, and they were absolute rock stars from start to finish. Seriously, major kudos! The lamps themselves are fantastic, but i have gotta give props to their stellar customer service. Definitely gonna be recommending them .

Ordered the Spiral Table Lamp as a gift for my sisters birthday. Arrived in 8 days to the US. She is absolutely thrilled with it, Constantly mentioning how the design looks so elegant and matches her interior decor at home.
