They could charge you in case of not pick up goods (was unsuccessful three times agree with seller) for week delay 500SEK+VAT also they can wait ages till they will stop count that, 30days period on agreement is fake. They can earn profit after for item resale + charge admin fee 1500SEK(what is probably is illegal by SE law). Finally they can disable your bid option on account without any commercial offer. Please be sure they will protect SE customers(especially sellers) all international bidders are marked as low priority members.

A lot of troubles with Klaravik.
Don't response normal on questions and problems,
and always problems with the Vat refund.
Like the European law/rules it must be easy, like all other auctions from Sweden do. (but Klaravik likes to do and think difficult, I think they urn so a lot of money from export clients)

only a few persons who work at Klaravik, do there yob good and customfrendly!

update:
If you ask something difficult, Klaravik don't response anymore.
At the Vat refund, all other auctions in Sweden, work like the European tax rules. Export is 0%. Thats the reason why everybody can check Vat numbers international easy!
And....
Klaravik sell things what is not as the discription shows.
And if you contact about any problems, they Will blocked your account 😅

I have made a mistake and placed a bid on the item I could not pay and informed the front desk before the end of the auction. It was my bad and I was very sorry for that. Eventually the item was sold for more than the seller wanted, so everybody happy. However...
I was blocked on the site and i find it reasonable, but after explaining everything to another reasonable person Jackob B, se agreed that I should "rest" some time from bidding as a result of bad decisions. However, after a month of inactivity, I contacted the front desk again and not so reasonable Linda told me I will be blocked (maybe forever).
So I find two very different views: one (Jackob B) is understanding and reasonable, understanding that mutual business is good for both sides and mistakes happen, on the other hand, another (Linda)is arrogant enough and does not care.
So basically i am a bit confused. And this system, when your email each time goes to different person does not help as well.

After paying for a Klaravik item in October I got informed that the item itself could not be shipped and that I would be refunded. I was then told that my banking details were not usable and that I needed to get official papers from my bank. After issuing the official bank papers I was told that they were not clear enough and did not clearly show IBAN. After lots of email exchange and a phone call I was told that refund would be done. Since then, nothing happened and my emails seem to be ignored.

Disappointed

BE AWARE. Klaravik will not return VAT to international buyers. They claim to make the transfer several times but still nothing. Just laying. Now they're not even answering my e-mails any more.

Problem with Klaravik is that You never know, what one has to pay in the end. Other auctions show the final price before bidding.

Jag köpte 1 skåpbil och en lastbil båda betalda.
Säljaren och Klaravik.se gjorde inga ansträngningar för att underlätta hämtning av fordon, tvärtom.
Det går inte att få fordonspapperen att göra en KPI och slutföra tullformaliteter.
För tre veckor sedan lade Klaravik ett återbetalningserbjudande men gick skickligt vidare med försäljningen utan mitt medgivande.
Ett straffrättsligt förfarande för bedrägeri kommer att inledas vid behörig domstol.

I bought 1 van and a truck both paid for.
The seller and Klaravik.se made no effort to facilitate the collection of vehicles, on the contrary.
Unable to get the vehicle papers to do a KPI and complete customs formalities.
Three weeks ago, Klaravik made a repayment offer but cleverly proceeded with the sale without my consent.
Criminal proceedings for fraud will be opened before the competent court.

J'ai acheté 1 fourgon et un camion tous deux payés.
Le vendeur et Klaravik.se n'ont fait aucun effort pour faciliter l'enlèvement des véhicules bien au contraire.
Impossible d'obtenir les papiers des véhicules pour faire un KPI et remplir les formalités de douane.
Il y a trois semaines, Klaravik à fait une proposition de remboursement mais traitreusement a procédé à la vente sans mon accord.
Une procédure pénale pour escroquerie sera ouverte devant le tribunal compétent.

Price going without tax after put tax delivery also cost 140 euro. Write that 60 kg but it was 15 kg

We sold a few machines from our farm via Klaravik. The local rep was terrific and the service spot on. It is a "no bullshi*" company that saves the seller tons of headaches. We will never sell anything any other way than with Klaravik.

Not easy to get in contact with local agent,
I have sold by myself on Marketplace (Facebook free platform) all windows for 10.000kr and your agent told me that I should accept price at Klaravik which was 1200kr for all of them !!

It’s like expensive lottery. I bought like good but it's broken in 30 min and now one takes responsibility, I’m only lost money. Be careful and read the rules if when you pick up the product it will only work until you take it home, it will be your trouble, no one will be interested.

Good auktion handling. t was not very clear that if s.o. gives a new bid in the last minute, the timer starts for some more time...nevertheless...overall...good 1st time experience

Very good and communicative during transactions, and their staffs are very understanding too.
