I purchased a dress back in Feb for my daughter’s wedding which is next week. Got the dress out of the dust cover to discover a fault in the dress, I called the Clacton branch and spoke to Sharon who told me to bring the dress back. She gave me a full refund and I managed to find a suitable alternative today. Sharon you are a credit to Klass and you certainly went above and beyond for me today and I thank you so much.

Bought a coat which was far too big Took it back to the shop even though I ordered o line They sorted the money out I paid for it I then ordered another on line different coat and size came within 3 days Fitted really nice Very pleased with it

I have been meaning to do a review for some time as on every visit I make to the Clacton store I am always treated like a valuable customer.
In particular Sharon and Elaine are so helpful and friendly. They have both advised me and made recommendations of clothes to meet my needs. The store presentation always looks tidy and in order. This is now my first stop for clothes when I visit the shopping village.
