Not that great to be honest
Not that great to be honest.
Arrived first at the pick up location in the airport, which is not very clear.
Pickup van came after a while and picked up the Hungarian speaking customers first, saying that he will need to return for me. From the first one there, ended up picking my car last.
Moreover I have crossed the border with the car for 3 days, however I have still been charged for the entire rental for their cross border fee.

We used this rental service and were very satisfied. Great car, low deposit, and excellent terms. If we visit Hungary again, we will definitely use them once more.
However, I would be glad if the salon hired more staff: we had to wait about 40 minutes for our turn.

I can highly recommend KlassWagen
I can highly recommend KlassWagen. Everything went smoothly. The car was ready at the agreed time. We were first picked up from the airport and then shuttled to KlassWagen. The driver spoke German, so we were able to have a good conversation. He also gave us some helpful tips for our trip.
The check-in process at KlassWagen itself was quick and efficient. Everything went very fast, and the staff was extremely friendly. Regarding the vehicle, we even received an upgrade from Skoda to VW. The car was very clean and had a full tank.
We had booked the all-inclusive package, so we were fully covered even in case of any accident damage, at a very reasonable price. After returning the vehicle, the deposit we had paid was refunded immediately. We were then shuttled back to the airport on time. They even made a special trip just for us to ensure we arrived at the airport punctually.
The full five-star rating is more than deserved.

AVOID
AVOID! CHEATERS!!! They want you to buy their insurance, otherwise they will give you a car that has a dent on the roof, almost invisible for you to see. Their so called app where you can upload photos doesn't work, so you have to rely on all your photos and if you are not aware of the fault you cannot prove that it was there already. They will then charge you 1000(!!!!!) Euros for a miniscule dent on the roof. They are cheating, sly, dishonest fraudsters. I guess they get some sort of bonus if they manage to charge you. Be aware, the car I hired had the second part of the number plate AY 513, Citroen, and had a mini dent on the roof, so you know which car it is and other people cannot be taken advantage of, because I am certain that they don't put it on the list so they can keep claiming. We shall never return.

We understand the unpleasantness of the situation. We put the most value in well informed decisions so this is why we choose to take time to explain from the beginning what would be the consequences of bringing back the car with a damage. Our staff is trained to best explain rental conditions at car pick up, answer all customers questions and to encourage our customers not to take the responsibility for the car by blocking a car deposit, explaining the benefits of our local Total Cover service (generally known by our customers as “full insurance”) which reduces car deposits, so no more damage responsibility towards our customers from the very beginning also this option speeding up the pickup / return process). But it is the customer decision which option they want to take.
At the same time, according to the Terms and Conditions, any damage is taken into account when it is noted in the damage record. It is true that maybe if you have rented in the past, the condition regarding the scratches smaller than 30 mm that are not taken into account is valid. At this time all damages are taken into account. These are some conditions that you agreed to when signing the contract. The reason the car needs to be checked with you is because our cars are not checked at every rental. Some of them go for rent with the full insurance option, so the car is not checked for pick-up or return.
You were advised to take pictures with all the damages, so you can show them in case of blocking the deposit.
