Excellent support to ensure I bought the right product. Really clear communication around expected lead times and even got a call to confirm the item had been despatched (a bit earlier than expected). Top notch.

Amazing service at KL Cycles, they are always speedy to fit you in (especially when bike events and races are in the diary). I have no qualms trusting KL Cycles with my treasured Trek Emonda SL7 summer bike and it always comes back with problems fixed and in perfect condition. It’s a friendly place, supporting local clubs and women’s events, with none of the all too common patronising of female cyclists! Highly recommend

Ben is a top guy who knows his stuff, first time road bike I purchased off FB took it straight to Ben to check over and do a service. I was concerned about a couple of things but he put my mind at ease.(he could have told me to change bits and I wouldn’t have had a clue). Instead he was honest because of this I recently went back and purchased a mountain bike from him and he is now my go to guy with bike repairs and servicing. Great guy and very knowledgable.

Took my standard MTB and e-bike in for service and slight issues. Bikes ride like new now. Sensible prices, quick and good work. Would thoroughly recommend

What Ben doesn't know about bikes is not worth knowing, from beginners to pro's, junior to adult,
Racer to Downhiller he has the knowledge and the equipment. Now he is up and running in the E-Bike zone with the full range and the equipment to fix and check the lot. A real Bike Shop.

Broke a spoke on my carbon wheels, phoned up KL cycles and they sorted me a new one quickly and efficiently, it arrived the next day.

Our rear wheel spectacularly failed 3 days into a 500 mile tour and KLcycles managed to fit us in first thing on a Saturday morning. Great service and saved our tour. Thank you

I had new bearings fitted to the hub of the front wheel of my mountain bike. Higher quality bearings were fitted and got the wheel back within a few days. Fast and reliable service!!!

I drove from Coventry to King's Lynn in May 2024, ready to start cycling The Rebellion Way.
On arrival, I was frustrated to find I hadn't brought my bike rack, which I needed to attach all my camping gear.
Ben, at KL Cycles in King's Lynn saved the day!
With no waiting time (despite being busy), he fitted a new rack for me - which turned out to be even better than the one I had left at home.
